Like, when Dragonball Super made a joke about Goku not knowing about kissing, people had a hard time believing that because the implication that he never kissed his wife despite having been married for decades and having conceived two children is just so absurd. I just... kinda wish Sothis didn't exist, to be honest. Even in my first run, when I was still enjoying Three Houses, I was skipping all of her scenes because I honestly couldn't stand her. At least the 1000 year old lolis in Awakening and the closest thing Fates has to that (Nyx) have the decency to be irrelevant secondaries that never show up again after their introduction save for their supports. I mean, Sothis is irrelevant too, but she has cutscenes, so she's less irrelevant than I'd like her to be. The extreme close up to their faces, Byleth closing his eyes in that way, everything points towards the intent of that scene being to tease the target demographic without being too obvious about it.
