My favourite scum roles are anything with a kill modifier. Nothing quite like going through a hook when you're the last maf left and getting cleared, or killing the obvdoc-target power role.

well you have to claim something other than Hooker but even so it's a pretty necessary role for scum to have IMO.

He didn't get anywhere near as angry in Big NOCers as frustrated scum getting lynched by a case he deemed bad. Refa claimed Vanilla but... meh. He might go for the WIFOM at that stage. There's no need to ever actually read Eury's walls of text for anything other than her read on yourself and maybe her read on people you're scumreading. She only makes walls with regular frequency when she's town. #goodmeta

I think everybody should post a priority of how they want to lynch among Poly, Refa, Shin, and Raymond to see who's the most valid consolidation at the moment. For me it's Raymond > Refa > Shin > Poly at the moment.

it's basically oracle on steroids. If you can draw the kill you kill scum for sure, but you trade away being able to offer yourself for a lynch (that's for nubs though) and risk taking a Vig down with you (which is also for nubs).

@Eury- My issue with Mitsuki was that she literally just had the one content post and then she had another post so I didn't really see the need to explain why I took back my statement. MEHHH Refa's tone in the last few posts sounds frustrated but idk if it's like frustrated scum at a case they perceive to be bad or frustrated town. Also vanilla claim bleh. ##Unvote, ##Vote: Raymond Nothing can go wrong with a turbowagon on someone who's not around to claim. This vote is half due to me preferring this over the other two options atm, and half because I agree with what Mitsuki said about Raymond just parking on Poly. It feels like other than that he has one post on Randa, another on Shinori, and then a lot of filller. Plus there was that stuff at the beginning but that's minor atm. I keep going back and forth between which of Raymond and Refa I want to lynch. ;_; Also Poly's only been scum a few times, and he wasn't inactive in Manix's Unnamed game as scum so.

Who you vote when you're going to be lynched as scum is also an indicator of alignment btw. When "not me over me" is a completely valid vote reason, using that to vote for someone with 4 votes on them is a much better plan than voting a guy with only 1 vote even if there's a better case there. The only time it isn't is if the guy with 4 votes is your buddy.

Yeah the difference between Poly's two posts and Marth's two posts were that Poly's two posts were literally <12 hours into the game. There's a huge difference in which posts matter for whom you want to lynch at deadline and which ones don't. What people claim, when they claim it, and how they claim it are totally indicators of alignment. If Shin had claimed Cop/Doc/Vig (and wasn't CCed), people would have unvoted him, and it bugs me that I have to hash out every single time why I don't like lynching people who claim Vanilla to avoid a lynch. 99% of the time the BEST case scenario when scum claim Vanilla in that situation is that people treat it as a null tell and don't change their vote. If they're unlucky and a counterwagon is a power role such as Cop/Doc/Vig, they get MORE votes from people who no longer want to vote the other guy. You can say WHAT IF SCUM WANT TO WIFOM but I am literally the only person on this forum who unvotes people based on this (which shouldn't be the case, but then I guess if it was WIFOM really would be valid), and it's risky even if there are more people.

Wow none of you said anything about my Marth vote. Not even Marth. You guys suck. I could probably sheep the Refa wagon if nobody joins me in voting Marth; he seems to switch his vote like every post which actually feels more like "throwing stuff around and seeing what sticks" than what he claims Randa did. The Shin vote doesn't even explain which reads of his own he's sabotaging.

I also want to roll Bomb in an anon game but I haven't rolled Bomb since like CPM when I sucked. Probably because Bomb is almost never used since it's OP but yeah.

Mehhhh I don't like lynching Vanilla claims. His Refa vote is kind of weak IMO but pushing Refa as a counterwagon to himself seems dumb if he was scum, considering Refa only had like 1 vote. Casing Poly or Randa would make more sense. ##Unvote Speaking of Poly, the Poly wagon at this stage is dumb; he hasn't posted in almost 48 hours. Most of it is due to waffling on Marth, which was a read he was specifically asked for. It's not like he volunteered the read on his own, and you're not going to have well-defined reads on everyone that early. His post before that isn't great but considering it was <12 hours into the game it's seriously not worth lynching him for. Marth's vote is the worst; the given reasons are that Poly is inactive and that his logic is scummy and incoherent. However, he says in #142 that Poly's logic is never coherent, so suddenly using that as the main reason for why Poly is scummier than Raymond is dumb. And the other reason is that Poly is inactive, which isn't actually something we lynch people for. ##Vote: Marth I'll look at Marth's other stuff later but I can't really remember anything actually townie he's done off the top of my head so I doubt it'll change my mind. I know Marth has no votes on him but TOUGH I'll consolidate in the evening if nobody wants to sheep me, which they totally should.

was mostly joking (@Vhaltz and Mitsuki) Best roles are FOLLOWER (which I haven't rolled yet ;_;), VIGILANTE (which I haven't rolled since SSBU other than in Void where I got culted N0 screw you Rein), and REDIRECTER (the kind that's like a 1-way drive), which I haven't rolled other than in EiMM where I wasn't actually town. Hooker and Oracle are pretty cool also, but only when I block kills and orc scum.

Sorry guys I'm just really busy all the time right now. ;_; It's pretty late so I don't want to spend too much time on a post right now; I'll post more in a few hours when I wake up. My vote stays on Shin. His vote on Mitsuki is pretty terrible because even though Mitsuki elaborated on why she changed her vote, and even changed her vote away from Shin, he hasn't said anything wrt her other than re-echoing the original reason behind it. The whole point of voting for Mitsuki even though he found SB/Elie scummier was to pressure her and get some answers. She gave answers and he hasn't done anything to update his vote. It makes the whole thing look like a votepark. Actually it's similar to his Elie/SB suspicions- he keeps talking about them but he's really just saying the same stuff over and over. The Randa blurb is kind of pointless and it's basically the only new thing since the Mitsuki vote other than a small question to Kay. The fact that he has, as he points out, a lot of posts, makes all this even worse.

ITP is my most favourite but also super stressful. I'm glad I haven't been ITP in a while (other than on EM where I was ITP like 3 times in 5 games what the fuck) because there was a period of time where I was ITP 4 times relatively close together and I was just super on-edge the whole time, especially because I somehow roll all the ITPs that don't have BPVs. >_> The camaraderie in playing as mafia can be fun but I feel like town is more challenging and interesting. Each game as town is different, but each game as scum boils down to the same stuff.

You said something along the lines of "why are you voting me over, say, scorri?" Why wouldn't Elie then talk about scorri specifically as to why he's voting you?

Also Boron is correct about assocative reads without a flip being bad, but she's still wrong about SB js. Boron, SB has reasons for why Poly and Shin are suspicious on their own and is then bolstering that with what he thinks is like scum buddying. Boron, do you think Shinori is scummy? A question I forgot to ask Marth- early on, if Elie was going to be a wagon regardless of alignment, why did you choose to vote for him over Refa? If you have two scumreads and can't vote both, doesn't it make sense to vote the one without the wagon on him to get more pressure going there?
