So uhh... I wasn't expecting to get a fodderable Hector anytime soon, but I did, and I'm happy and all, but... I dunno who to give Distant Counter to. Logic would dictate I give it to someone on my Arena Team (which consists of WE!Tharja, WE!Robin, and my main Hector, with Robin not having DC, plus whoever is the bonus unit), but Robin already runs Brazen Atk/Spd 3 decently well and I'm a little scared I'd lose a lot of potential power if I go for DC on him. Here's a full list of all the units that either want DC or I've thought would be good with DC.

I am proud to say that I finally exhausted my pity rate on 4* banner with Klein. +Atk -Spd. Is that good, I dunno I have +Atk -HP at 4* and this is good QR3 fodder. The others were a 4* Klein, Raigh, Lazlow, and fuck my brain that might get it working again it looks like Hector SHIT WAIT THAT IS HECTOR. +Spd -Res, which is similar to my current Hector (+Spd -HP) and not that amazing, so I CAN FINALLY GIVE SOMEONE DISTANT COUNTER YES. Lemme just say that most of the orbs came from the starter pack, and I have spent hundred of dollars at a time summoning, and yet this measly $4 is the best dough I spent on this game in months???

Since the Tempest is happening so close to the anniversary, I'd have assumed this would be some "revealing" Tempest as opposed to a themed Tempest, but hey I also wouldn't expect the "story" of the tempest to end anytime soon...

My top priority is to put some clothes on Nowi this year.

Something I've been meaning to do for a long while now is promote my 4* Clive into 5*, which I recently finally did as I didn't feel at the time that I needed any unit at 5* and I couldn't fully justify promoting the others yet (a lot of them I feel have dropped in value over the months...). This also means my Clive is at 5* +1 merge. I know he isn't a fantastic unit, even for Cavalry standards, but I still wanna be able to use him in Arena Assault if the need ever arises. He has inherited Quick Riposte 3, Sapphire Lance+, Swap, and Moonbow. Sap Lance and Swap came from Subakis since I knew I'd have to promote one for QR3 anyways and I had already given Clive QR2 and Swap anyways. I had once planned to give him Distant Counter and Horse Buffs, but I don't think I'll ever be getting DC soon, and if I do I aint giving it to Clive. Now I'm not really sure what to do. I'll probably budget and refine his Silver Lance over getting him a Slaying Lance, or just run with Sapphire Lance. I really don't have any spare Lances to throw around that wildly, even among 4* fodder, so I'm gonna say no to giving him a new weapon for now. Any advise?

Is it just me, or whenever I get a chance to listen to PAzura's special quote it's always "Let's strike up a tune!"? It's not even my favorite of the 4, but there's always that one quote that you hear EVERY SINGLE TIME. Yeah I only got Barst and Hinata from free summon + 15 orbs. Others were 3 star Beruka (literally my free summon was a 3* unit who wasn't even part of the banner), 3* Draug, and 4* Lilina. I also feel dirty using a 4* unit for Reposition, so... guess I got a Hinata...

To be fair, it's not like the bar is set THAT high... but don't let me take from others satisfaction. Also, while I haven't summoned yet, I'm still wondering... what the fuck is this banner? Like, is this really a thing someone decided we needed?

At 10k points a day, just got Quick Riposte SS! Now to upgrade it once, and... wait to get a whole 5 extra coins. Son of a bi- Never hurts to have more... except most non-Unique weapon swords do the same job anyways, and in fact some of the Unique weapon swords do the same job anyways because their unique sword sucks... You know, given how every time new units are introduced to the general summoning pool, there is always at least one Sword unit, you'd think we'd want to balance out the number of sword units compared to literally every other weapon...

I... find this very fishy at best, fake at worst, "some dumb kid trying to make fools of older people" if the world really has gone right to hell. I'm sorry, but even if Nintendo were to throw out "free heroes, some exclusive", 10k is both a very high bar for a new Youtube channel hoping to receive free stuff from a major Video Game company, and a very low bar for Nintendo to give as a minimum if someone were to hope for free stuff. If they wanted to promote the game for, say, the 1 year anniversary, then they'd go for the more populated channels. Phoenixmaster1 has covered quite a bit on FEH, and 270k seems a lot better to target than a measly 10k. He's actually the only example I know of, there could be larger out there.

We should have some sort of "nothingness" banner. A banner that has 0% focus and 10% 5* summon, maybe more if the percentage is taken from the 3* chance. For those who don't care what they get, just give them something at all, and in fact having nothing could be considered an advantage if one thinks that having focus units would take away from your goal of... Hector, let's say.

If it was in gen 4, then I don't remember it. It could have been in HG/SS, but I also don't remember HG/SS that well (and haven't played any other gen 4). Also, it was gen 6 that moved the "Move Pokemon" option above the deposit and withdraw buttons... in OR/AS, when you talked to Hoenn's PC manager in a house outside of the town after Mauville City, where you need to get the 3rd badge to move on. What gen 7 did was even more innovative: Screw the Players PC, Professors PC, and Hall of Fame. Don't even need all this menu stuff anymore, just press A at the PC and go straight to Moving Pokemon. It would make more sense to be a border, or at least have the border be around the words instead of the letters, since the numbers already change colors based on if you are buffed, debuffed, or glitched. I know it isn't necessary, but it'd still at least remove the annoying step of checking the units base stats outside of the game. I think I really only want it because I could have avoided promoting and merging into a +Spd -Atk Nino if it was more obvious that I was using the wrong Nino.

Dang, feel free to send over what it's like in Colorless hell @Humanoid @mcsilas I STILL have some spare Kleins in addition to the one +Atk I have lying around waiting to be trained. Besides early on and one time where the only source of DB3 were 5* units (one of which was useless enough for me to make the justification), I've almost always had at least a few Kleins lying around. I've even gotten Klein at 5* a few times, both times he was fed to the ever-hungry mass of units I own who still need Quick Riposte 3. To be fair I do splurge some... a lot... of cash on this game every few months, but I don't personally believe I get that many Kleins from those splurge-fests more than I do just summoning from a Colorless in the in-between months.

First, a level 20+ 4* or lower can see their level 1 stats when attempting to Unlock their Potential. Second, YES yes 1 year anniversary goals PLEASE DO IT. Just do what was a glitch before and have color indicators for the boon and bane. Shouldn't be that big a headache.

Man, it's a really good thing I had not just one, but two Alms when I finally summoned my Fayes. And Ike when summoning 5* Sorens... And Eirika when Seth came round... Sothe might have had some choice words for me if I didn't also get Micaiah...

Damage taken from Reinhardt can be somewhat offset by Deflect Magic, and generally speaking Boey does have the HP to take at least one solid hit from any other Blue Mage. This is from my experiences using a +Spd -Def Boey anyways. I'm curious, are your Boeys 4* or unwanted 5* pitybreakers (maybe not so much unwanted in your case, and I do agree I like the characters of Echoes quite a bit)

Hearing Conquest was still quite magical last TT, and I still love Twilight of the Gods from Together to the End, but then again I was never in denial.
