fe6 is harder to ltc (well probably i've never tried) but I doubt op is looking for that. Just casual play, I'd argue FE6 lategame might be easier what with statboosters as far as your money can take you if you have supports, some units become pretty invincible. EDIT: misread dondon's post, one sec EDIT EDIT: I think FE6 is less hated as far as status staves go because they're much more frequent and it forces you to bring a restore user. They kinda just show up and fuck you over in FE7 out of nowhere. Also Genesis isn't that hard to LTC, its much harder if you dont... oh venno already said that, lol.

i thought you didn't finish it. Outside of the early game in fe6 hm, it's really not that hard. HHM is weird because it has some pretty tough chapters, and some mindnumbingly easy ones. Honestly past te first few chapters on both, I find them pretty easy. I don't get the whole "savae is super hard" mentality, even dumpsters like Douglas have little risk of death.

all units that pass down holy blood to kids that can equip said weapon unpromoted increase the weapon rank by one. If Azel fathers Arthur, he starts with B Fire. i guess not everyone knows the holy bloods off the top of their head, but that's definately onsite somewhere.

Once they promote they'll be fine. The defend chapters are godsends for them.

I'm not totally sure why you pumped Aideen up to 20 but didn't give units that struggle to gain levels like Azel and Ardan levels. Aideen is one of the easiest units to level cap in the whole game. Ethlin would do more with the exp if you're taking that many turns regardless. The hero axe also shows up in chapter 6 regardless if Lex gets it or not, so it was a mistake not to get it. Wasting all these turns in chapter 1 would probably be more efficient in chapter 2 where you have units like Sylvia who have issues gaining exp without prayer haxing in the arena, and Lachesis, so she can promote faster, along with the elite ring.

I don't think you'll be able to promote Gilliam, so its likely your only option is to wait for Franz to promote. I actually dunno if it'll make a difference though, raw stats are probably more important than movement in chapter 9 since the enemies are actually kind of good for that point.

what level did Forde come out of 5x at? It might be possible to get him to level 10 instead. There's quite a bit of exp that nobody really needs in the bottom half of chapter 8.

I just mentioned Marcus because you used dondon as a reference and he wouldn't use any other unit. Raven and Lyn don't have a too many issues hitting with their effective weapons either. He's nowhere comparable to an fe6 boss.

in 0% marcus still has 67 hit with the horseslayer which is 78 true hit thats without the secret book you get early on, or if you're actually, you know playing with growths, Marcus probably has 6-8 more hit which brings things up to around 85 true its not that bad. Although I think Uhai can spawn with an extra defence point and Marcus will no longer be able to 2hko though.

you have 11 free turns in chapter 26, 15 turns in Jaffar's chapter, and 11 more in Denning's chapter, and 5 more in Battle preparations. there's 42 turns obviously they wont be together the whole time but its not really too hard.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the Emblem weapons are just high use Iron weapons. For some reason the bow isn't effective on anything, including fliers.

My point still stands also they could be FE5 thrones which give 30 avoid and 10 defence

fe6 thrones are actually the same as fe8 thrones.

The best part about gilliam is he still one shotted doogs and doubled other thowmps. Honestly my other units stats don't really unit chapter 15 which, uh might be a bad time.
