I still like the idea I presented in the thread about FE7 being remade. If the concern is Avatars being inserted, there should be a mode that features the story rewritten for the inclusion of an Avatar and a mode that just doesn't include them, to stay true to the originals in story content. Essentially, if the features like the Avatar or marriage supports are liked, they can be used, if they're not liked, they can be ignored. The issue isn't the features themselves. It's that the developers seem to think that because we bought the game, we should be fine with having features rammed down our throats. The other day I nearly suffocated myself on a single slice of bread because I tried to give myself hiccups (don't ask) and the feeling of something being rammed down my throat (though entirely by my choice in this instance) isn't one I appreciate! Now if this can be forwarded to the devs, we're in business.

Honestly, I feel it'd be a good move. Outside of his Einherjar in Awakening, Alm's basically unheard of by the casual majority. So it'd be a good way to introduce him to the world. Alternatively, and I'm not saying this would be the best idea, as opposed to one cast out for fun, but has anybody considered remaking the non-localized games as ROM hacks of the GBA titles? It'd at least be a step forward, though I know it wouldn't be easy.

Aside from a few spelling or grammatical errors, and a lack of honorifics between Kaze and Saizo here and there, they all seem very likely to happen.

Why not have any of the options you want people to be able to play around with as unlockables? Complete the game once then you unlock the features you've had in mind. If you unlock a second story as well, it gives more reason to others to want to continue and maybe test those unlocked features. It's something to think about.

I honestly feel I'm too inexperienced to give a suitable answer to that. I've only finished Awakening and Blazing Sword (I REALLY should play the endgame chapter of PoR since it's all I have left). To that end, Awakening brought me to the franchise and I know I hold bias towards it, though the other two entries are no slouches either. I will say that having Holy Weapons and Avatar creation would certainly interest me a bunch, but I'm the kind of person that wants to be able to pick a Legendary Weapon for my Avatar to wield after a certain point in the story. In Awakening, I basically used Book of Naga and Mercurius as my personal choices of weapons, so... maybe making certain weapons story significant could do wonders... but... I really wouldn't know.

It'd still wanna be above average magic but otherwise I don't see why not. I remember you mentioning it the other day and I do want to see magical variants of most regular classes, so this is an interesting concept to me.

Based on your back and forth amongst yourselves there, that seems pretty solid to me. I'd still have the 3 weapon type limit for balancing purposes but maybe you could have it so that a Great Knight for example could choose to replace their Axe capability with Bows. I'd incorporate hidden weapons into it too, since they're very useful as a whole.

Literally another reason for me to prefer the Flash to Batman.

Mage → Dark Knight I based everything about my Awakening Avatar on me (Asset = Magic, Flaw = Luck) and that's essentially the class I chose to remain. I've never been one for Dark Magic and would have probably chose Tactician for my Base Class if the option were there. Pretty straightforward in essence.

Become seen as a threat, get targeted by people that are scared of you... It's an endless cycle. In this instance, you fear that Joker would kill more people. If Joker was killed, you might feel safe, but then whomever killed Joker would be considered unstable and demanded by members of the public to be stopped. Someone eventually kills Joker's killer and the cycle spreads. Though I don't like him, Batman's got his priorities straight.

This is me. I do this. Well, my Awakening Avatar was actually based on me (which is actually pretty weird since I felt like Robin was projecting my thoughts into Awakening for me). But it's actually a great idea if you write fanfiction or something just to help get that mental image or something.

Several times I've done it. I'm never worried AT their house, I just worry that my bag might break and drop the system on the way there and back.

Hey, BK, you do not have to do this, this just an idea for measurement purposes. Try to do another Chrom portrait from scratch and compare it to the first one you did. Use this opportunity to note how you've grown since you started.
