I thought the OP's Avi was a Seismitoad until I got a closer look...

Understandable as to why. With Awakening it works because it defines key character traits and the like, but in Fates, it's kinda shoehorned in for little reason. There's no justification for it outside of fanservice but... that's a touchy subject for some. It just felt forced, even regarding some of the supports. I should probably drop this before we break the topic from what it was initially...

Honestly, as I found myself playing through PoR, I drew an interesting fondness for Lethe, it's strange, but a similar thing happened regarding Soren. Comes off as a really harsh when you meet them but the more you get to know them, the more likable they become (at least to me). As for species? I said Cat, I've given Lethe the Demi Band and she just doesn't care about that stat drops. Though thinking about it... I'm playing on easy because of the media launcher having issues... Regardless, I stand by my choices.

So, regarding the species choice. Is that purely preference or statistically based on usefulness?

Sir/Madam/(Insert preferred alternative pronoun here), I've not been using them for anything. I'm not exploiting him since he's doing amazing work and is trying to grow. Many times in the past, I've stated that they're only suggestions and that he's under no obligation to do them. People grow by challenging themselves, as such, I'm merely providing challenge ideas, which like I've said, are entirely optional. Though, perhaps you're right at least with the absurdity of the request. As such, I shall leave him to it until my perspective is requested once more. Good day to you. Very nice Yato. I've got a monumental task for you. Should you choose to accept, your completion shall be rewarded with a skill increase. Every character that wasn't in the GBA games. Literally an update/downgrade for them. It will be a monumental task by its scale and difficulty but the payoff for success will be a huge one.

THANK YOU! Whilst I actually DO like Charizard, I just hate how everyone literally bigs up Charizard with little reason outside of: "HURR I'M A DRAGON! HURR DURR DURR!" It's literally all I see and I can't stand it. I'm also not a fan of the phrase: "If you didn't choose Charmander, you chose wrong." I suppose I should give a list... Top 5 1) Bulbasaur's evolution line. Bulbasaur was my first ever Pokémon and my very "meh" attitude to it initially grew into immense fondness after I saw the anime episode: Bulbasaur's Mysterious Garden. With time, I grew to like the entire evolution line 100% equally, so I've placed them as one entry. 2) Grovyle Back when I first played Pokémon Ruby I'd been plodding along poorly because as a child, you do that so unsurprisingly, my starter was my strongest Pokémon as a result of this. After a lucky break in just getting to Mauville City since the Rival Battle just before that is a little annoying regardless of experience. I naturally gravitated toward the Gym as you'd expect, but after a while of being terrible and unable to beat Wattson's Magneton, I was a combination of angry, sad and outright annoyed. After a while of trying more, I had the fortune of Grovyle learning what became one of my all time favourite Grass Type moves and ultimately winning me the match. Basically Grovyle was my last Pokémon left and it had decent health. It got critted by Magneton and survived in Overgrow range. Overgrow Leaf Blade wouldn't have done it alone. Scores Critical Hit. Get a Gym Badge. Outside of this story, I really liked Ash's, back when it was still a Grovyle. 3) Pikachu It's adorable, and that's ok. 4) (Shiny Mega) Gallade It's practically a sword armed knight. What's better than that? 5) Torterra Story very similar to Grovyle, except I was a much better player and I initially just loved its design from the get-go. Bottom 5 1) Sunkern Unfortunately, its adorable looks don't make it any better when it really could stand to be just that. 2) Qwilfish Nothing personal. It's just very forgettable. 3) Unown Great for lore, not much else. 4) Farfetch'd Like... it's a kinda cool HM slave for Cut and Fly but... 5) Rattata It's an early-game rodent, surely it can learn some HM moves! :D NOPE!

I couldn't get Fates SE so I got Birthright with the Conquest path and the DLC. As well as enough for the Revelation path. It's probably the best thing to do.

That's why we start here. There's plenty of fans on here that speak multiple languages so could certainly see the appeal behind it and explain it in Japanese to the Japanese that can't speak multiple languages. It's a domino effect. We place the idea, have it spread and fan out like wildfire. All we need to occur is proof that both sides are very much wanted.

Then what we do is collect as many Japanese fans on SF as possible and try to convince them to help spread it around. If we can accomplish that in some way, I'm sure things'll turn out decently well at least. Hopefully.

You know you can play the map repeatedly for more, right? I'd say either Ignatius or Percy. They seem like they'll benefit the most.

You've certainly improved. The eyes seem a little off to me, but it's definitely better. I've noticed my biggest gripes with your work seem to be the eyes, I think in this case they're a tad too round, but... maybe I'm just not super great at judging... =/

The problem isn't so much your pessimism, but the fact that not enough people are suggesting the idea. If enough people highlight the idea, then it'll eventually have to happen. Honestly, I'd like to play both sides of that coin. Trying to think positive comes rather naturally to me so half the time, give or take, I have to suggest ideas to people and give them the courage to get excited about what COULD happen. Honestly, I feel like I'm stalked by video game developers as well, so I may be trying to manipulate that possible connection for my own ends. It's creepy when you think about it, but if you think further into it, it's really a positive sign. Don't really have tips for increasing optimism though. =/
