That dragon is just... whoa. *slaps self* Ahem, anyways! AK's clearly deserves first place, but she's doing just fine without my vote. Instead, I'm giving it to Yoshi, whose entry is the best of the human portraits. The armor trim could still use a little cleanup, but the face and hair are excellent. Nice work, Yoshi!

Shucks, thanks! I'm glad you like it. To me, though, my sprited hair isn't "strandy" or detailed enough, like AK or Pi's; it feels too simple and smooth, like toothpaste. Hrrf. Must fix.
A custom hair tutorial would be cool. Or maybe even an open thread where each spriter discusses their own approach. Hrm, gotta grab some references.

But Yuuno doesn't need it! She's already super-cute! I agree that Cecilia's face has always been kinda derpy. You'd think that looking at it for so long, I'd have figured out what the problem was, but nope! Haha. Luckily, moving her mouth and doing some jaw futzing won't be bad. I'll see what I can do! As for the hair, which parts do you mean by "rear strands?" Lemme know and I will fix them. :) The 4 hair shades - I'm torn. I agree they are unnecessary because she doesn't have blonde hair, but part of me wants to stay true to the original coloring. But it wouldn't be too hard to pull that lightest one out and see what happens. Thanks, AK! Free, thank you too! I'm glad you like her!

Yep, that's it exactly!And huzzah, my latest spriting project is complete: revamped Cecilia! (The original is on the left; my version on the right.) Her hair always bothered me, so I decided to redo it, along with various other touch-ups. A big thanks to Yeti for helping me fix the eyes. She's not available for use, so please don't ask. But if you've got any crit, I'd love to hear it! :)

Seconding this. Her start is rough (especially if you're trying to keep her effing bodyguard knights alive), but her promotion is so awesome that it's worth it to raise her. Also: badass princess, hell yeah. She's my favorite character in the whole series. 6.5 + 1 bias point = 7.5

I voted Yoshi, for a very cool and villainous design with solid splicing. AK's is great as always, but I voted for her last round. Gotta change it up!

She is sooo cute. Hrrfff, adorable eyes! You should try a different angle on your next FC. Busty Blonde/Rydia, Catria, and Amera here all have very similar poses. Now that you have improved so much, issue yourself a challenge! :3

Omg, I love all of these. I voted AK, but Dei and Yoshi's splices are also excellent. Crocket's design is cool too - it just needs some more antialiasing on the trim.

Voted Celice. So delicious. I wish more FE maps had such atmosphere! Also liking Feaw's, too. The green tiles + sky background is very attractive. Though I have to agree with Knuckles - most of the maps look like someone built one half and then went copy -> paste -> flip horizontal.
