  1. Xander is even more overrated than he is on the Conquest list.
  2. I started working on an Excel sheet showing everybody's skill options when I realised there are way too many skills this time around, even out of the ones not yet banned / usable in LA. Lo and behold: That's a total of 74 skills, 72 if the Merchant skills are kicked out as they should be. Still a bit too big for the Excel sheet I envisaged. Which skills are we almost certain to not need? I'd nominate the following for being outclassed: Air Superiority Camaraderie Gamble Golembane Good Fortune Luck+4 Resistance+2 Skill+2 ...not a whole lot tbqh, and the list would still be really big. Maybe omit the stone-users' skills to make it more compact? These are limited to 1-2 characters in the parents' meta. But yeah, there are literally twice the amount of skills with some utility compared to Awakening. That's not even counting the personals, too.
  3. Not everyone has played Revelation yet I figure. Some may also be reluctant to due to mixed/negative reviews thereof.
  4. I have recently made a mistake in my life, and I offer my story to you, that you may learn from my error. It all started, as many things do, with me having trouble shitting. No, I was not constipated; this was not a regularity problem but a matter of technique. It seems my ass-hair had grown to such a length that tiny grogans were constantly getting tied up in the matted jungle between my asscheeks. It led to much frustration, with me KNOWING that I still had something to drop, but unable to shake the tenacious turd loose from its butthair dwelling. Eventually I would have to do two things: either reach down with some paper and try to pinch off the lingering loaf (which required careful precision to avoid smearing the creature all over my rear, especially since I had no way of seeing what I was doing) or just go for broke, start wiping, and hope that I could remove all the leftover fecal matter before the toilet paper reached its Can't-Be-Flushed threshold. I was contemplating this problem, when I had what seemed at the time to be a bright idea. "Hey! This is my butt and my butt-hair, right? So why don't I just eliminate all the hair, and then my grogans will flow out like beer from a keg!" I said to myself. It is a statement that will go down in history with a lot of other regretted statements. "How many Indians could there be?" said by General Custer. "Looks like a good day for a drive!" by JFK. "There! America On-Line now has complete Usenet access!" by some idiot system tech. Such was my anal shaving idea. I performed the operation that night, with a cheap disposable razor and a towel to sit on. Starting from the bottom, and shaving from the crack to the cheeks, I began the arduous process of ridding my ass of hair. Occassionally, I would have to clean the razor of accumulated hair and miscellaneous slime, which I did by wiping it on the towel. Slowly, my twin mounds and the between-ravine began to resemble the hairless cheeks of a newborn baby. Finally, I wiped the razor one last time, and surveyed my work. The towel was covered with a pile of hair. My ass was smooth as ivory. I smiled, satisfied, thinking my troubles were over. Little did I know. I now have a great respect for anal-hair. Like everything in this world God created, it has its mighty purpose in existence. It was only after I had removed it that I started to learn how much I had been taking it for granted. For one, it provides friction. I learned this the next day, when I walked out into the sun heading for class. After climbing two flights of stairs and starting to sweat, I started to notice something unpleasant. The sweat was accumulating in my crack, and was causing the unpleasant sensation of my two asscheeks sliding past each other with every step. I thought about going to the bathroom and wiping it off, but had to get to class. Eventually, I thought, it would dry. Unfortunately, it did dry, but only after mingling with the microscopic shit- molecules lingering around my brown starfish. When I stood up after class, my cheeks were stuck together with a slimy sticky shit/sweat combination. As I made my way back to my dorm, it started to itch. God-DAMN, did it itch! Felt like a swarm of ants was making its way up and down my crack. Fighting to keep from jamming my hand down there and scratching away, I rushed back to the dorm. Unfortunately again, this exertion caused me to sweat, and when I finally reached my room, my cheeks were sliding back and forth against each other like a pair of horny cane-toads. I quickly dropped my pants, and attempted to dry my ass off by sticking it in front of a fan and spreading my cheeks. As I pulled the two mounds of flesh apart, a horrible stench burst free and filled the room. Every dog within a 4 block radius started to howl. I had it worst of all, as the ripe aroma of festering shit/sweat went into the fan and blew back into my face. I fought to keep from heaving. And as I sat there, fighting vomit, my ass cheeks spread and dripping, with the concentrated aroma of my body odor mixed with the tangy smell of my own shit blowing right into my face, I had only one thought: "It will be like this until the hair grows back. Weeks." Later on, trying to deal as best I could, wiping my ass at every opportunity, I discovered another wonderful use for ass-hair - ventilation. I attempted to launch a fart, only to have it get stuck between my asscheeks. Apparently, with no hair, the two pink twins can get vacuum sealed together, and the result was a frustrating fart that slid up and down between my cheeks like a lost gerbil. As if that wasn't enough, I am now enduring further torture. As anyone who has ever shaved anything knows, when hair is first growing in, it comes in as stubble. Imagine your ass having the texture of a brillo pad. Well, that is what I am dealing with now. It is a hellish torture, and there are many times when I just look out the window and contemplate why I shouldn't just jump out and get it all over with in one fleshy splat, rather than endure this constant agony.
  5. At least Beruka didn't die. She can do that sometimes without a thicker layer of tonics.
  6. Why does the Hand Axe dood attack Dagdar when Tanya is in range circa turn 3? Is his AI set to maximise the damage while being aware of Dagdar's Charge much like in every FE beginning with Shadow Dragon?
  7. I put a ton of units into the bottom-most tier. Revelation balance is glorious.
  8. No actually, the enemies in the video always move before him on enemy phase. I needed Malig Knight Camilla to dodge Saizo's counter on turn 1, not getting debuffed, get lucky with Beruka taking all the combat from Kagero and the surrounding Ninja, again not to be debuffed, and then proc strength AND speed on the way to the boss in order to have just enough strength and speed to double and 2HKO. Going back to chapter 11 and reclassing Camilla to Wyvern Lord gave her the strength/speed necessary to make the strategy a lot more realistic. Probably should've done it in the chapter 10 defend map ASAP and started building lance rank right there, though. Can't deny Thunder magic + Magic Tonic makes destroying whole parties of oni savages so much more brainless though.
  9. Nearly every Top something list on YT is of the same poor quality as any other. Don't see this channel as being anything exceptionally repugnant.
  10. I guess it's historically derivative, but is it so in the ways of quality?
  11. I can't seem to get it at all. I've found most of J-Pop I heard to be incredibly bland and boring, while I can think of many K-Pop songs that are really memorable and catchy. Am I listening to the wrong J-Pop perhaps? What do people consider to be the pinnacle of the style?
  12. Just for fun... Here's what my chapter 12 3-turn strategy looked like before I significantly its reliability with some slight yet important changes.
  13. There are some maps where a unit having 4-5 mov can get some combat without slowing the party town. Barth does this without any risk of death thanks to his high defence. Think chapter 10E or getting the Body Ring village in chapter 13. It's true that he's not really the best unit for either task, and you wish he had such con that he could be carried out for use in other situations.
  14. Sometimes I get the urge when I see a page is terribly incomplete, but I never get around to signing up.
  15. Chapter 11 / Rainbow Sage in 3 turns Demonstrating the first super-turnshaving Shelter/transfer strat with a ton of important dancing. Recorded my chapter 15 clear today, which was a rather uncomplicated 4-turn without any need for Gunter at all. I'm sure you really want his help on, like, Lunatic or if MU has had been RNG-screwed, but I don't get why drafters insist he should be free for this map. It wasn't anywhere as bad as I'd thought it would be. Have quite a lot of stat boosters to decide what to do with now. I imagine the most important stat for MU is strength since we need to efficiently slay Ryoma and the final boss with her, but just about any stat - mag, spd - also matters. At this point, I can buy a Friendship Seal to reclass to Dark Knight, giving me a healthy +6 mag at the expense of -2 speed. Could be worth it somewhere down the line. The first two Dark Mage skills aren't too bad either and I still haven't learnt Dragon Fang, too so it couldn't hurt to reclass to get it sometime too (the monetary cost involved tho)...
  16. If you aren't using her as a pair-up bot, get her a Beruka support and reclass to Wyvern Lord.
  17. If you're playing Revelation why would you stick to either of the two classes? Go for something like Swordmaster or Master Ninja.
  18. Haha yeah, ingame the only classes who have S-rank + another weapon type are shuriken users. I think they did it because there are too few dagger-using classes in the game. Everyone is now a potential wielder of a reaver weapon, and pulling one out means you're now exposed to doubled WT bonuses of somebody engaging you in a fight with a weapon you're normally strong against. All who draw the sword will die by the sword, basically.
  19. It's way too hard to even make a top 5 for me tbqh I'll just post this and this
  20. Mono-weapon classes are really good now because dual weaponry exists for each weapon type, and because mono-weaponers get S rank for better damage/accuracy, especially when at weapon triangle advantage, not to mention hit/avo/crit/cev bonuses (Master Ninja get swords too, being the only exception).
  21. Found such a chapter 14 clear that got me both the treasures, MU 2 levels and Selena close to 3... except Selena's levelups were kinda crap, with no strength for example. MU got +2 str/+spd/+1 mag however, so I'm wondering if it's worth the time restarting for a better Selena. I probably have plenty of time to think until I figure out what exactly I'll be doing with chapter 15. Allow Gunter for just this map (Heart Sealing him will likely save a turn), or just go for the boss with the MU/Azura clones paired-up? I may actually be able to escape faster with Gunter up north however. It's not a pretty map for girls only LTC is all I can say for now.
  22. I think we need to compile of optimal weapons. Quite a list for 12 different weapon types (though we should still have 6 sections, just specifying the bonuses for the Hoshidan weapons).
  23. It's a little strange Camilla can just casually show up as a flying class and get away with not being dead for most of the fight. I'm sure Bowbreaker won't ever prevent her from being sniped by a good bow-user though. Hinata had 70 hit against Swordbreaker for example.
