That it is. It would be really strange if it wasn't compatible with Japanese carts since the North American SNES it was modeled after could play them just fine.

She went on a huge flooding spree. At first we tried to give her a chance, but she kept going. I was forced to ban her. Then she made some seventy alts in an attempt to continue flooding the board.
I don't see a problem with hotlinking from Facebook or Deviant Art as long as you made the images yourself. It might be a good idea to include an aside saying you got permission to prevent any misunderstandings.
