  1. By end game, I had a 20/20 Aceline that had capped Strenght, Skill, Speed and Defense and had 56 HPs without stat boosting investment (that I remember). So I don't think that Aceline here in the picture is all that artificial.
  2. I had ranked all FE characters a while back and out of my top 20: I've got: L'Arachel Mae Ishtar Tharja Ophelia Severa Zephiel Owain Serra Micaiah Camilla Sonya Arthur (Fates) Still missing: Bastian Sonia Lethe Larcei Orochi Mitama Charlotte
  3. I'd rather other vgame franchises never spill into Fire Emblem Heroes in any form but I brace for the moment it will inevitably happen.
  4. I'll be somewhat disappointed if the first anima mythic hero turns out to be anyone but Athos.
  5. Having them in basic form allows to reintroduce them later in promoted form, I suppose.
  6. Something I've been wondering since we're now getting beast units and I'd assume Selkie/Kaden/Keaton/Velouria are next to be introduced: Will they be in their basic or promoted forms? They're the only shape-shifters that promote, I believe.
  7. There's a difference in looks when it comes to Sothe & Sanaki that doesn't exist between Gen 2 FE4 and FE5 though. It'd be weird to call them Path of Radiance characters.
  8. So I'm leaving out the important beast units because I feel they are just around the corner. I'll give a lot of love to Archanea as I feel it is tragic that the first continent lacks so many of it's most plot-central characters still. My top 10 would be: 10) Sonia 9) Mareeta 8) Kris (he's getting Mercurius, btw. Astram is not getting into Heroes) 7) Julian 6) Nah 5) Jill 4) Altena 3) Haar 2) Coyote Hardin 1) Nyna
  9. I love Fire Emblem so much I wouldn't avise myself to change a thing. The only time I've ever spent on on this game was when I bought the Black Knight special deal. Gacha games are clearly predatory but I'm able to enjoy it fine being f2p. By principle, I won't ever spend money on ridiculously pricy game currency knowing I could get full games for the same amount. While I'd love to go on a rant about gacha games (I'll never play one that isn't Fire Emblem), I sadly must admit I'm glad whales exist for this one so that the game continues to release new Fire Emblem content.
  10. It's the first time I'll ever get accessible swift sparrow fodder considering I refuse to fodder off the 5* units I pull. Also, I don't merge units so all my grails go for units to fodder and so Naesala becomes prime fodder for me.
  11. Lions are not solo creatures in the slightest though. Edit: you mentionned that yourself, I apologize.
  12. Soooo, when they were advertising a Radiant Dawn banner in january and a Binding Blade one in march, I didn't guess they would literally be the next two New Heroes banners... I don't get seasonals. They should be rare events so that they be special. Now, they look to be more likely to happen than New Heroes banners.
  13. They won't be beasts. Pretty convinced of that since I've seen their weapon description which already includes the manaketes in their mechanics.
  14. I thought Naesala would be a green unit consider he uses wind abilities in PoR.
  15. Wait. I may be remembering wrong but isn't Leanne unable to even use the common language?
  16. Must have been nostalgia since I played FF1 a lot as a kid but I was disappointed with the remake (if at least the one I played on GBA) because the level of difficulty, much lowered, didn't do the original's justice. All the other GBA FF remakes I felt were very good though. I enjoyed FF5&6's added content and FF4 allowing you to change your party after the end game for the extra dungeons.
  17. Ignoring the first three because they've been remade and based on the games I'd like to play again, I'd put Sacred Stones last, just before Awakening and probably Binding Blade first, as I've always had a soft spot for it. I'd like to replay the Jugdral games and Radiant Dawn as well.
  18. You can fight him in PoR though, I believe. (although everyone have him retreat using the hawks/Reyson)
  19. Releasing Tibarn and Nailah together right off the bat is a mistake imo because they just cannot be powercrept by Ulki, Janaff and Volug. There aren't many beasts to choose from. They probably should have been kept for Legendary/Mythic banners while they release the non-royal laguz like Lethe and Ranulf on regular banners.
  20. Old Dragon Quest is an example of a game that has aged terribly. Opening a tab to 'talk', 'search' or take the stairs? Ugh. It had pretty classic 8-bit music and I enjoyed it as a kid but I'm never going back to it the way I'll always go back to FF6, for instance. There's a lot of retro rpgs on the snes that have aged well but I don't think there is one on the nes that did. Imo.
  21. There are some that ages very well and some that do much less so there's probably many kinds of retro gamers. I play a lot of old games, particularly platformers but I probably wouldn't go back to old clunky RPGs, even though I liked them when I was much younger.
  22. Yeah I sent Wayland on the bench instantly as well because I felt my team had already been settled and I agree it would be rather nasty if this were to stop my progress at some point. I do plan to use him... only on an ulterior run. I'm only on Chapter 9 though so there's plenty of time for me to turn things around if I'm told I DO need to use him.
  23. By curiosity, do the Japanese celebrate Christmas, or something similar that takes it's place, in any capacity?
