It's nightless Town has a vengekill if town gets lynched on on D1 And one of the mafia is the Leader, with the other one being the goon. Mafia loses if the leader is lynched Day 1, so the goon's objective is to keep their leader alive and the leader's objective is to survive even at the cost of lynching their goon. In my experience it works well even if you don't get to talk strategy with your buddies because the roles for each mafia are clear from the beginning.
