It means that if the town thinks that they will win by lynching mafia every day, they are sorely mistaken. But try it. I dare you guys. This is poorly worded and confusing, though. If town can't win by lynching mafia every day, that means the game is set up with more mafia and town and that town can't win anyway. Or that there's cult I guess but lolcult.
