There was a lot of business these days, what with the various skirmishes and the shadow of war on the horizon. While the increased workload might depress some, Artemis was in essence an optimist and wasn't particularly bothered by this turn of events. Artemis to (1,5) "Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-day. Wonderful feeling, wonderf..." Artemis was humming to herself when her pegasus began neighing and bucking a bit as well. She frowned a little. Even after the many years they spent together, she and her companion still didn't quite see eye to eye with each other. Looking down for the first time, she noticed the many monsters swarming the landscape. "Just what is going on here? I'd better speak to the leading officer and offer my services, her name should be written somewhere on this envelope..." Artemis mutters. Artemis pauses, trying to recall where exactly she learned about these creatures from. Sadly, the memory seemed to have dissipated, and with a faint sigh she continued speaking.
