He's LITERALLY the least popular fire emblem character and that's something special worth celebrating in a tongue & cheek manner. Just give him to everyone or put him as a GHB battle. Well, you found her. Deghinsea (PoR) was in one conversation, was he not? Granted, he was in a cutscene, but I think all he did was appear in the meeting of laguz royals. And in this case, there's a clear reason to vote RD Deghinsea over PoR. RD fleshed out his character, gave him a hammy voice, and made him a difficult boss.
