You know, with Marth and Masaki having the same VA and hearing them both for years and years... I just can't unhear it now. If Marth doesn't show up with two cats and having made a wrong turn at Albuquerque next FE game I'll be legit confused.

Funnily enough, I made this post while currently having a Heero Yui pfp, another Midorikawa staple.

I was not aware of this.😀

I recall the Schfalen Celeste having a mini Discutter (maybe two) laying around in the room with several dimensional gate devices, must've gotten thrown back into a portal and landed in Naga's backyard purely by chance. The Falchion being literally made with a canine of her's is a lie

Admittedly, Midorikawa has voiced Marth closer to Heero than Masaki as it were... but yeah. At least that's the impression I get.

Fun fact, he began voicing both in 1996, with both the Fire Emblem OVA and the PSX port of SRW 4. For added bonus, Gundam Wing began in 1995. So yeah, he begun voicing them all almost at the same time.

Mynmay VA hated being associated too much with the anime, dunno about Hikaru ichijyo VA tho, but cant have him without Misa too. 

so yeah, new animation is nice and all but his final attack didnt make it, so G gundam should return again.

Well, AW2 did got delayed in Japan too, only releasing like three years afterwards. AW did got out in the US... on September 10. The delay happened in the rest of the world, including Japan.

And now Reboot got delayed due to the war in Ukraine, so...

This is what happens when your series is about "realistic" warfare.

not watching Code Geass?! blasphemy,.. mazinger zero should rust hurricane you into another timeline where you watch it. cant argue about it being hard to watch at times. but his maniacal laugh is iconic to me, at least the VA having the time of their life playing character who play 4D chess

tenchi, as in tenchi muyo? another headache series. spin off after spin off, some canon, some not. some in another universe. while some get continuation in other media. but its a perfect example of 90's - early 2000 era harem story. and woe me for getting into the series by watching the final works (movie) which only share very little bit of connection with the main series....

no guarantee at all. the guy at JP FE twitter pretty unreliable in delivering consistent info after all. not only which content get info, but also at what time.

someone already make a rant in Engage sub forum about how xenoblade twitter are way better than this, lol.

It doesn't? T in general gave many units lousy or lacking movesets, as it were.

Well, no lyrics on DYRL, but otherwise they wouldn't need Minmei's VA. I think Frontier was the one overused in SRW, not 7. But yeah, it'd be hard to have OG Macross again at this rate too.

They're Cipher cards, haha. Left is Swordmaster!Wrys, right is Berserker!Wrys. Fan nods, as it were, since they were popular reclassing options for Wrys, if I recall. Cipher has quite a few easter eggs like that.

The Marth thing was huge for me tho because it confirms they are still actual characters in this game so they feel more authentic than if they were literally just equips and that's it.

Anyways

This feels like a Ch.2 or 3 map. Maybe Ch.4.

Point is we have three Emblem Rings that early on, along with two characters who i don't think we've seen yet (archer lady and axe man).

Also, this goes without saying, but the presence of houses suggests that bandit units will also appear.

I think since there's only the reveal trailer to go off of, they are keeping some cards close to their chest right now.

sorry, i meant the actual Macross series (the show), not SRW. even the latest Macross delta had someone from Max lineage and have his photo appear somewhere within the show. but the other notable cast somehow like some kind of forgotten dream. finger crossed macross will ever appear again in srw, since now banpresto start to release mainline SRW worldwide.

yes. like i already said there, no way (or is it?) they are going to reveal all playable character if we're going for classic gameplay. since some of that going to be green and red unit recruitable. thats spoiler territory

That's a fair point.

...Still really hope we won't get a Sigurd update. Yours was a good point that I hadn't realized, but is there anything else Sigurd could add to that? And well, we already know Sigurd is in the game. Unless they spoil FE4, I can't see there being much they can do with a Sigurd highlight. But then, Engage has been pleasant surprise after pleasant surprise so far, so...

Either way, I'm really hoping we'll get to see Louis or Etie, since they've only been seen in very quick shots in the trailer. Or the possessed dude, but that's not likely.

Wolf is way cooler, because he's called Wolf and his hair is fabulous. Honestly, if it wasn't for his mega growth rates Sedgar would be a strong contender for the most forgettable character in the series. FE12 does a little bit for the Wolfguard (yes, they're called that) as characters, and even there Sedgar is the one that barely gets anything.

Honestly, I don't care. I wouldn't mind waiting till the game comes out to see more of them. I'd just like something like, a quick shot of them standing around in a map or something. Confirmation that they really are playable, and that their presence in the leaked screenshot wasn't just them testing the menus, using throwaway bosses / generics to fill them up or something. Anything so I can be certain that Engage really is the coolest FE.

But only a little. Vandad is still a thing, and so is his fabulous black jacket. And the game still has boxing healer. That's all I require, really.

Also you weren't kidding when you said the class changing is fluid. There's no big animation or anything, they just change class.

So far I made Draug into a fighter and Wolf into a general.

The fact that generals can use bows in this game is insane.

Steam is filled with porn games. That cannot be the issue. The only times I've heard of games being banned on Steam, it's the developers themselves taking it down or licensing issues forcing their hand.

Oooor there's some SERIOUSLY unethical stuff in the game, that goes well beyond showing a boob. I mean, again, there are a ton of porn games on Steam, that's hardly a problem for them.
