  1. I would guesstimate that many characters (Shura, Reina, Scarlet, Yukimura) were added toward the end of the development cycle as a way to balance the game and as Aircapiloor said, IS probably didn't have the time/resources to devote to the newer characters.
  2. What determines the order of procs if a unit has multiple combat skills? For example, if Sophie has Rend Heaven, Sol and Luna, etc.

  5. Conquest's gameplay is perfect. Sometimes gimmicky but the enemy skills were done really well. I'd love to see another game like it.
  6. Hey Great_Knight, Fan Projects is for people with actual progress and patches so I've moved this to concepts for now. If you end up with substantial progress I'll move it into Projects for you.

  8. It only remembers characters as long as they stay as Allies, though. If you change them into NPCs or Enemies their stats will be forgotten unless you change them back to Allies before the chapter ends.
  9. Unfortunately those items are lost unless you can get him to visit a village and fill up his inventory... then you could send them to the convoy lel

  11. I'll miss that Skype chat more than anything, though. You guys unwittingly helped me through a really lonely time in my life, which is incidentally how I ended up picking up ROM hacking to begin with. RIP :')
  12. Sad to see this go, but I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles. It was revolutionary for its time but things have changed a lot since then. I won't miss the godawful Renair Dairies though. Really, really won't miss those.
  13. Probably pretty good, just make sure you have both Laslow and Mozu pass down Archer-tree skills if you want them as Soleil won't have access to the class.
  14. This is one of the most interesting topics anyone has posted here in a while. Thanks for the read! I personally favour the Bhuj idea myself. As others have pointed out, IS has never really cared much what the namesake weapons are or look like. Falchion is a good example of this.

  16. The dialogue is well done but the actual content is kind of boring. We've seen this kind of conversation before (cf. Rolf/Mist) and it doesn't really bring anything new to the table. Plus, without the proper context it's just conversations between two characters which isn't much. I appreciate you want to keep your project under wraps but it just means there's no context to these conversations.
  17. FYI brendor has a working skill system, although it's very raw and also not available. so it's definitely possible, but necessarily easy.
  18. Jakob and Felicia are pretty well-balanced IMO. They don't outshine your other units from their join time but both have staff utility and even Felicia has combat utility as she can debuff in Attack stance. Their based and growths are actually much lower than average but this is mitigated by their ability to learn 2nd tier skills much earlier and thereby make better use of reclassing than everyone else. Most of the FE5 and FE6 prepromotes are fairly well handled.

  21. ... just do it? I'm willing to bet you already do a fair amount of custom work on your mugs, so the next step is to figure out how to make a whole kit from scratch. It definitely helps to have a reference so that you know where your concept is going, though.
