I mean, it makes sense it would work that way. Just to triple check you should test as a dark knight, or malig knight, etc. A class with access to STR weapons and tomes to see if it goes based off of weapon or class

I appreciate mixing things up and like the class/skill variety it brings. But I like the old fashioned bows/lances/swords over katana/naginta/spirit scrolls personally. We have both though so 10/10 etc

I dunno, granted I'm only on ch10, but I mean in birthright your Nohr family was for the most part "Garon is an asshole but we still love you"...so far conquest!Hoshido has been "Alrighty you picked them, go fuck yourself, time to die, we never liked you anyway" Kinda makes you wonder about them being the de facto good side.

Base: 1/10 Promote: 5/15 Special: 1/10/25/35 In fates if you second seal into a new class thats past the level where it learns new skills you don't have yet you get them in order of 1 -> 10 -> Promoted5 -> Promoted15 every level up until you have them all

The EXP is lower, but you also need WAYYY less levels when grinding skills under the new system. Honestly, finding the right DLC maps to spam start on to grind skills was not fun Eh?, having to sideline your shittys isn't really anything new to fire emblem. And especially comparing to awakening where the only way to play Lunatic+ was the MU/Chrom power couple and their subsequent broken kids
