I found the shield breaker very useful. It makes opponents think twice before shielding (unless their shield is full). It also seems fairly safe, though I haven't checked the frame data yet.

So I'm thinking probably Diddy Kong, as Tropical Freeze seems like a natural announcement in a direct focused on Spring games.
