Xillia had that linked fight system which I disliked whilst Vesperia had a pretty simple combat system. I enjoyed Vesperia's combat much more than Xillia. Mechanically: the way the game runs, is very similar. Flow, camera, etc. I played as Milla whenever i could (top tales of MC next to Yuri!) so i can't judge the characters playstyle as much, tbf. If it had been replaced already it would've lasted roughly as long as my last computer, which kinda ruins the one and only advantage of a console.
