I also own the game and in one playthrough I already had the character married with at least one child. There are on-screen deaths but there's never any blood. Really, what's the worse it could get? Now, there are fanservicy scenes in this game and some of the Rare Blade designs are questionable. But in the case of the former, the fanservice scenes only show up in Ch.2 and Ch.4. After that, they are basically dropped. And the Rare Blades are all optional and mostly pulled from the in-game gacha, you can go the entire game without seeing half of them or maybe even less.
