Yeah, turns out he's kinda hidden in one of the subareas of the second part. I missed it and had to go back looking just for him. After having had to go back to get to a larger segment I'd missed. Yeah, kind of a crap area if you ask me, I don't know why they felt the need to hide them quite like they did in that segment.

I'll give a summary on my thoughts on the whole thing later, Big Mac and the final segment first.

Just like there are people who can't separate anime from porn, evidently.

Anime literally just means animation made in Japan. There is nothing anymore anime about Xenoblade 2 then Astro Boy or Jojo or whatever. Describing the art direction of Xenoblade 2 as anime is really not narrowing it down.

They hid Daisy, Mewtwo, Wolf and ROB throughout that section as well though. It's Luigi in particular who gets no hints whatsoever as to his location. It raises too many questions.

I am also one who played the game and know that Pyra actually doesn't do that and that scene is one of the others party members telling her to do that, which she also finds a bit weird.

Rex was not even in that scene.

And i don't even like XB2's outfits, but calling them porn just because they are revealing...

Not gonna lie, I'm on the "Sick of Waluigi Time" bus myself.

He was made essentially because Ninty told Camelot no evil princesses for N64 Tennis and his presence in some side series has been more consistent, but I really doubt there's any energy in Nintendo for him near any mainline Mario, so even if Sakurai liked him I'm not sure he'd get in. Personally Walumemes are not exactly my cup of tea and the "We want Waluigi" crowd haven't helped matters for me. Then again, any crowd crowing for characters in Smash tend to have something to dislike about the whole thing, so it's not uniquely on him in fairness. I'd probably not be mad he got in, but I'm not exactly enthusiastic for the guy. Would still be better than Incineroar though.

And Assist Trophies so far have gotten no sign of being elevated. So far.

That was one party's member 'idea' of 'attractiveness', which Pyra never does bring up again. Said party member gets roasted quite a bit, but eh, everyone should be pure and clean, clearly.

TearRing Saga is Kaga's best game, even though there are only two. Unfortunately, the ball dropped really hard on that third route split which is why it's in B-tier. I will talk about my full thoughts later.

I have now played every Kaga game. Well except Holy Sword of Sylvester McCoy because that's a Vestaria side-sequel and lol. I don't care where that KagaSaga goes.

Porky Minch. You know, most important character in the Earthbound series alongside Giygas? He was a trophy in 4, but more importantly, a boss in the Subspace Emissary. And yet, there is no trace of him at all in Ultimate. He is not playable, he is not a boss even though they could've just recycled his design from Brawl, he is not a spirit, he isn't mentioned anywhere... Sakurai just removed all traces of his existence. The fucking talking flea that appears for five minutes at the start of Earthbound and then dies is in as a spirit, and yet Porky is completely absent.

People theorized for a long time that this meant he would eventually be added as DLC, but at this point, it seems that they just eliminated him completely for... No reason whatsoever. They could've at least reused his Brawl form as a boss like Dracula for Lucas and Ness, but nope. He's the only one I've ever waited for, and they failed me. Thanks, Sakurai.

Oh I remember that boss. Not exactly stellar as a fight in SsU, but I've been spoiled that this is some fucker of a guy (even if one of his games never came outside of Japan).  Sheesh, I can guess during WoL they decided to cut him to match the boss quota, but it still isn't great that there's no mention. A phone got to be a spirit from that series. Not impossible if Mother actually got something, but I think we can agree doubt exists there.

(Also, what about the dog, I thought dog was the most important)
