paperblade refuses to continue to play trollFE until i fix this so i figured i might as well ask here... Case in point, in TrollFE8, Artur is a Mogall. I want him to promote to Arch Mogall with a Guiding Ring. According to Arch's awesome tutorial I need to hex edit for that. So I got HxD, and got to a point which I believe to be a list of classes that promote using Guiding Ring. The hex numbers all matched the classes that promoted with Guiding Ring. Priest, Troubadour, Mage (M), Mage (F), etc. So I changed one of them to Mogall's hex number. Artur still refuses to promote with Guiding Ring. I did not have Nightmare open at the same time as HxD. Any idea what could've gone wrong here?

The sisters try to do it because they want to triangle attack, but it seems whenever they try it one of them ends up dying and thus nobody gets to see it. However, I noticed some Javelin Dragon Riders choosing to close-up my Balmung Shannan as well when they had the option of attacking an 1HP Oifaye.

I bet Laylea's res isn't even high enough to block Silence/Sleep in Final but I can't be bothered to check. Leen is better for ranked runs. Laylea is better for reaaally slow runs where your dancer can be kept close to the frontline so she can give Charisma. Otherwise it hardly matters.

You're supposed to build them up before April 1st then do the grand slam on April Fools Day. You can laugh at people for being naive on April 1st, but on every other day you can no longer call it an April Fools joke! If you had done that I would've enjoyed it a lot but now it's like...waste of potential.

Might be a good idea to publicize all the lists so everyone can check nothing went wrong.

Very nice. I'd always been sending Celice straight west from home, never realizing there was a route that took less time. Might do that in my 0% playthrough, though mine doesn't have a horse or Leg Ring currently so it might not be faster after all. I always found your "freshly joined PCs seperated from the group" tactics interesting and different from mine so I was really looking forward to what you'd do with Shannan/Patty and the Lenster group. I was not disappointed, though I won't even try to imitate Patty's Sleep Sword antics. Leaf attacking one of the Mage sisters before being Returned by Nanna was my favourite.

There will probably be a need for substitution, I wouldn't worry too much.
