@Cute Chao: You can’t believe how much I’m looking forward for the inevitable Genealogy Gen 2 banner because it will most certainly bring an Ishtar GHB. Got to collect all these holy weapons, too.

Lucina is a sore spot for me because I still haven’t got the original, vanilla, Bailey-voiced, Falchion-wielding one even after almost ten months. She keeps ignoring me!

You have Innes and Arvis for Xander Emblem. Ba-dum-tss.

Speaking of Camus, I definitely want them to add Zeke and Sirius as distinct heroes just for the sake of Camus Emblem. The guy only had three personae so the fourth slot would be filled by Speedo Camus, because come on, everyone wants Speedo Camus.

Speaking of Camus, I definitely want them to add Zeke and Sirius as distinct heroes just for the sake of Camus Emblem. The guy only had three personae so the fourth slot would be filled by Speedo Camus, because come on, everyone wants Speed Camus.

Not counting voice actors xD Currently Camus is my fourth Xander in my Xander Emblem just by virtue of being a blonde black Knight lol. If you squint...

And yes, where's my Speedo Camus? Plus Zeke and Sirius :D

I wouldn't mind gen 2, but mostly because I'm foolish enough to hope for Ares and the game has not been great at giving me my favourite units so far. It'll be so annoying if it's yet another female weighted banner and then a female ghb, but I wouldn't mind getting Ishtar. Wouldn't help with the sausage/bun ratio problem, though.

@Vaximillian nah lack of trading definitely made zero sense. The only thing i could defend out of it is the tight weapon rank system. In a sense that trading would streamline inheritance and basically break the what little balance it ever had

Basically the only reason trading doesnt exist in fe4 is because the game balance is terrible even by Kaga standard

Chip damage. Those surveys are actually 21-24c apiece. The bulk of that $9.96 comes from when I spent money on trying for Tana.

Its more because of the timeline Spirit Forest - Disturbance of Agustria is like a year apart and Eldigan sent out Grahnye before Disturbance of Agustria

And i'm aware, for a long time i actually thought the average marriage - First Child duration is 8 years because my mom took that long.

Wrong. After being killed, Lachesis resurrected Eldigan just long enough for the two of them to make Ares. Note that Chagall was vindictive and castrated Eldigan on top of beheading him. To fix this issue, Lachesis temporarily turned the Mystletainn into replacement parts.

And I hope they make the incompletely reincarnated Naga that is Nagi good when she finally enters Heroes. Tiki is said to be stronger than her if she can control her massive power, but Naga is the Divine Dragon who actually did powerful stuff- making Falchions, the Binding Shield and its Spheres, Naga the tome, crushing Earth and Earth-allied dragonkind.

Agreed to all of those, particularly the Speedo. A modified pool noodle as a Beach Gradivus please, or better yet just give him the real deal and have him stroll along the beach on his horse. Camus might have a no fun all seriousness personality, but who cares? Also, can Heroes invent a theme tune for Camus? Sadly he has never gotten one despite being such a badass, I must settle for Trombe!. We all know SRW plagiarized with Elzam/Ratsel. Not that I mind, Elzam is badass, as are all the playable Old Aggressors.

On this note, I wouldn't mind more marginally different non-Seasonal characters. Like Camus-Zeke-Sirius and Lucina-Masked Marth.

Zelgius and Helmetless Black Knight are two I'd like. So are Wandering Bishop Sephiran, Prime Minister Sephiran, and Servant of the Goddesses Lehran. Silver Haired Maiden, Priestess of Dawn, and Yune's Apostle Micaiahs.  and . Young Marquesses Eliwood and Hector, as in them in their Epilogue formal wear (not when they're old). King Marth (with the Binding Shield as a powerful exclusive skill).

...Not like pre-Afatening was much better about this. The only explicitly childless marriage I can think of is NailahxRafiel. Although LuciaxBastian is a mutual romance without marriage. The difference is that Afatening forces babies into the actual game, while in other instances they only show up in the prequel or character endings (or the 2nd Gen admittedly but Genealogy is what Awakening based itself on.)

I don’t know who that is.

I think Joshua’s VA suits him. It conveys Joshua’s self-assuredness and level-headedness pretty well.

Surprise you'll get a Julius GHB instead. Or Armored Arvis.

Then they'll do the inevitable Summer Arvis, master of BBQs. In a speedo because armors can get pretty hot. Arvis Emblem go!

We still haven't had any more lance armors added after launch, have we? Now that we've had our mage and bow armors, it'd be nice to get some new regular lance armors again.

Fair, fair, I respect your views on this issue. Regardless, we have had at least one green armor and two red armors (three if you count Zephiel, but he was in since launch despite being unavailable). I'd say we're about due for a lancer next.

This is fair, and we have quite a few candidates too. Roger, Dolph and Macellan, Horace, Lorenz, Valbar, Desaix, Hardin and Lang, Hannibal, Bors and Barthe, Oswin and Wallace, Gilliam, Gatrie, Kellam and Kjelle, Benny and Ignatius… The series doesn’t lack lance knights.

I'm honestly surprised we have so many red armors, considering how many games don't even let them use swords. I'm still hopeful that we'll get someone like Lorenz, Hannibal, or Xavier with bows as well, just to get an actual bow armor unit that isn't seasonal.

I think they missed their prime opportunity to add a Mage Armor with Arvis.  Instead, he's just another Red Mage, granted a F2P Red Mage, which is good, since they were lacking, but Lyon or Nergal could have done that, whereas Arvis could have been something unique.

And yes I know he wasn't armored until Gen 2 to people who say that, but it didn't stop them from making Hector armored or Eliwood mounted.

I don't think we'll ever get a non-seasonal bow unit.  Are there even any armored bow units in FE?

While I am happy that he's not an armored mage, since I don't care that much about using armors, it would've been nice for variety indeed.

Armors (or rather Generals) can use bows in at least FE4, FE5, FE11, and FE12. None of the Generals are really known for their bows, but someone like Lorenz being a bow user could still add variety while remaining accurate to his source game. Alternatively, they could make the ballista units into armored mages, although I think that pool is even smaller, with just Jake and Beck from FE1/FE11.

There were generic bow armours in Jugdral, and generals were able to use bows in Jugdral and the Archanean remakes, but no playable (or named at all) knight was specialised on bows.
