I feel like all of Titania's lines except "we will triumph." have weird words emphasised, especially her last one. 
Oscars quotes are meh, his "You must surrender" line sounds almost like he is pleading not exactly fitting of a battlefield so I went with "I will give it my all"
Nephenee is one I have been waiting for with neph being my second best unit I hear her specials over and over and I like all of them but the voice for "You!" is just perfect

Titania - 'I will triumph' - Strong, determined, slightly scary. I love the way she says this. 

Oscar - I wanted to pick 'You must surrender' but I listened to the line again and it sounds oddly whiny to me. I prefer 'I will not hold back' 'cos I love the way he says this.

My picks:

Elise- "Leave everything to me!" A bit sad "You're going down scumbag!" isn't a quote in Heroes, but my chosen quote works if she's healing or battling.

Effie- "No more holding back!" Effie dear, your job is to not hold back EVER. Crush your enemies with that Atk stat! I feel she uses the shared quote the best, and it fits with her superhuman strength.

Arthur- "Justice strikes!" Again a bit sad some of his other quotes from Fates didn't get in (in particular "You're out of luck friend!") but this one really epitomises Arthur. His heroic personality is more important than his bad luck anyway.

Three characters who are pretty meh to me overall. I haven't pulled Elise yet, Effie doesn't have much to offer for me... Arthur at least has swap and lancebreaker.

Quotes-wise:

Elise - 'Take your punishment' - Strong, determined, a little bit regal. I like the way she says this.

Effie - Possibly the one time I can say for certain they did the wrong thing with her voice. It's way to gruff and husky and just sounds weird. I went with 'I'll crush you to dust' for the violence aspect xD

Arthur - 'To victory' - I actually really like his voice. It suits him so much. This one is just said in the most perfect manner.

My picks:

Sakura- "It's all me!" I love Brianna- she sold me on her Sakura performance. I love this quote because she is gathering her confidence and saying that it is all on her to do her bit. Her VA has a good balance of delicate but also strong-willed when needed, and I love her more than the Japanese VA. There's just something so pure about Brianna's performance in portraying Sakura.

Hana- "With all my strength!" Yes Hana, go flex that high Atk stat of yours. I just love how this line is said, and there is a bit of buildup with how she says it.

Subaki- "Watch and learn!" This really works well as a special quote. "Expect perfection" is a close second because it suits the character, but his battle performance isn't exactly perfect at times so there's a bit of a discourse that annoys me when he says perfection. Plus it makes him sound even more unlikeable, so at least I like hearing "Watch and learn" as a quote more.

Yay Subaki! I love this guy :D I really like his voice, too, and all of his quotes.

I went for 'You will fail, not I!' just for the sheer cockiness of it. I've had him say it several times when I've accidentally left him in the way of an axe unit... I do love his other quotes, too. 'Expect perfection' was close.

Sakura... She was a pity breaker on Hero Fest when I was going for Takumi... but a few pulls after her, I got Hector, and then Takumi followed a few pulls more, so she's a bit of a good luck charm. I went for 'Don't come any closer!' because I like the way she says this the most :)

Hana - I can't use her. She's so fragile. I'm more of an enemy phase than player phase player (minus Reinhardt fun), so I do struggle. I like the way she says 'It's all me', so I went for that one.

My picks:

Brave Roy- "Durandal!" I love of all of B!Roy's lines. Very close second is "For my father!" because of how enthusiastic Ray Chase's performance is, but I guess Durandal encapsulates this version of Roy more. Perfect voice.

Brave Lucina- "For my father!" While it's the same lien as Brave Roy's her version is a bit sadder because of how her father is actually dead in her timeline, so I like how this version has a bit of a sombre tone that gives her quote a sense of resolve. Her voice also has this sense of 'a daughter missing her father' quality to it, so I really like how it works on different levels.

Brave Ike- "With gratitude." I like how Brave Ike thanks all the fans who voted him in the polls with his quotes. Also works in-game meta-wise since he wants to be hit for Steady Stance's special cooldown ability, so it works gameplay-wise as well! Close second is "I will defeat you!" although I guess it's a generic quote, but Greg Chun delivers a steady buildup with his performance.

Yeah, I really don't like 'Do you like Ike' and 'Roy's our boy' being shouted. I never liked the memes before and they just get more annoying when stuck in the game :/

I like all of CYL!Roy's quotes, but I love the way he says 'For my father' the most, so I went with that.

With CYL!Lucina, I chose the same, mostly because it's even more true for her. Everything she does is for the father she lost and the parallel father she saves.

With CYL!Ike, I went with 'It ends here' for the strong, determined statement.

My picks:

Navarre- "Time to die." Straight to the point, it fits his stoic character. I do also like "Care to test me?" but he seems more of a grumpy, straightforward type than a swordsman who taunts for a challenge. Also I have to picture his original, less bishouneny appearance as I listen to the quotes since his voice suits that appearance more. Special mention to "Sorry, friend" for....being a weird quote for the Scarlet Swordsman.

Ogma- "You're in my way." Damn. That deep-voiced delivery is really masculine, straightforward and threatening if you face him. "This isn't personal." is also good but there's just something about the first quote's deep voice that really works.

Barst-  "Timmmber!" I love this guy, and I do like how subtlety is thrown out to show his woodcutting background. I also like "Ready to die, huh?" but I just like DC Douglas's Timber line more just because I will always think of Barst when I hear it.

Does Ike really seem like the type to refer to himself in third person? :p

Navarre - 'Time to die'. It gets straight to the point and is fully Navarre. No questions asked. Even more hilarious when he says this to... most people 'cos he's not very bulky xD

Ogma - 'You're in my way' - and you better get out of there. I like strong quotes like this, and he says it well :)

Barst - 'Timberrrrrr' - A very unique quote and just perfect for Barst. I love the way he says this, too :)

My picks:

Jaffar- "Death comes." Fitting for the Angel of Death. I really like how his voice is draws out the words and makes it creepier sounding.

Ursula- "Are you afraid to die?" Again, very fitting for an assassin. The fact that this quote is a question makes it more impactful, as if she's asking you before you fall to her attack. Special mention to "Let's savor this moment!" for the forceful emphasis on "moment" which shows her cruel side.

Lloyd- "Fang's justice!" I feel most of his other lines are a bit too long and a bit rushed because of their length. This quote is just the right length, and is perfect for someone who is loyal to the was of the Black Fang. That said, while Kaiji Tang is great, I feel his voice should be a bit deeper when I look at Lloyd (insert obligatory better art comment). Because he shares a VA with Owain/Odin, I can't help but think of Owain whenever I hear Lloyd's voice (well except for the Black Fang exclusive quote)- my brain just instantly goes to "this is the closest we'll get to sword Owain for a while."

Anyway, my vote for “Are you afraid to die?” for Ursula and “Fang’s justice!” for Lloyd. Needs even more Kaiji Tang in Heroes. More, more!

My picks:

Christmas Chrom- "Parties give me strength!" I'm sure there are people who would agree to this quote Chrom. I just love how silly this quote is AND is a fun take on his iconic "Our bonds give me strength!" It's even sillier since he sounds really serious saying it, too! Oh, Matt Mercer, such a great VA.

Christmas Robin- "Got you something!" Christmas Robin just looks so happy and this line fits really well, showing a bit of his mischievous side. And it fits because well...his weapon is a Christmas tree. 

Christmas Lissa- "Let's party!" I love the pure joy that comes out when she emphasises "PAAARRTTTYY!". Sweet and succinct but it really showcases her enthusiasm for the holidays!

Chrom : "Parties give me strength" is his best quote. I remember seeing on Twitter a pick with all his "give me strength" quotes. It's amazing for sure.

Robin : "To all a good night" is my prefered, even if I like all his other quotes.

Lissa : "Comfort and JOY !" is my pick, but again, I love them all. Lissa sure is hyper with the Christmas party, and her lines demonstrate it.

Berkut- Lies! LIES! LIEESSS!!!!  "Die, worm!" I think fits his personality the most, because while it's short and very succinct, it shows how he views non-nobles as scum and not on the same level as him. Otherwise, "Know your damn place!" is also good- Ian Sinclair really makes Berkut's character.

Sonya- "Time for a little discipline." I like how she suddenly emphasises "discipline" at the end. Otherwise, "Let's have some fun." has a similar but more drawn-out buildup that makes the quote uniquely 'Sonya". 

Camus- "A waste of life..." I feel like this quote really resonates more when someone like Camus says it. I feel like there's also a hint of regret in this quote even if he also means the enemy's life is wasted.

Berkut - I love his voice so very much. I went with 'Know your damn place'. I love the way he says it and the harshness of it. Plus it shows he feels superior to everyone else.

My picks:

Bartre- "Muscle up!" A fittingly hammy line for the loud and hammy Hammer-using Bartre. Interestingly, 'You fool!" sounds a bit out of character- just hearing it by itself makes me think of some villain saying that to a hero. Anyway, the voice is fittingly gruff for someone like Bartre.

Fir- "The path of the sword!" Fir's voice is pure and determined, and I like how serious she sounds with this quote. Second pick is "Face my blade!" for similar reasons- I like how her young, clear voice contrasts her father's.

Shanna- "Fine, fine! Everything's fine!" Probably one of the best/memorable quotes from the game. I love how panicked she sounds while trying to say everything is fine- her voice is really fun to listen to so props to the VA. Similarly, 'Attack, attack!' has the same feel but my first picks is just so hilarious it made me almost burst out laughing the first time I heard that. I just love the personality in her voice and it made me really interesting in her since she sounds so fun and bubbly.
