If somebody else said what you want to already, quote them explicitly. +/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is encouraged, but no more. If you exercise your bias privileges, please do so explicitly. Also, if your vote is already a 10/10 or greater than 9 and you give a full point of bias, The score may not exceed 10! - Numerical votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Make it easy to calculate for my sake. - Every ranking phase ends from 2100 to 2200 EST. Every ranking phase starts from 2200 EST to 2300 EST. Do the math if you are in another timezone! - I will insist you do not use the "Not X" reason on any character, where X is another unit. If you do, your vote will be thrown out. - "Recruits X" or "takes you to X chapter" arguments are explicitly banned. C'mon, people, this shouldn't need to be a rule. That's not gameplay performance. - Assume that the character in question is being recruited. - Similar to the "Recruits X" rule, do not use "He Comes with a Free Ridersbane" as an argument. - Rate the character based on his/her performance without the Rainbow Potion, Maturity Drop or Bond Drop - I withhold the privilege to tell you your rating is bogus and demand you revise it if it breaks any of the above. I will not throw out votes anonymously, you will be informed and given a chance to revise. Ema Skye Posted May 23, 2012 Share Posted May 23, 2012 I thought Minvera was a couple days ago and then I remembered that was FE11. It'd be funny if there was a day when FE11 and FE12 did the same character. Anyways, Minvera joins at about the same time in both stories (Ch.9 in FE12 and Ch.10 in FE11), but her bases, which were IMO her greatest flaw, are much better in FE12. As well, her bases are much improved. She's still rocking Haunteclare and I've always found that she's got a better claim on that axe this time around due to weaker Axe bros. tl;dr version: She's the same as in FE11 only with better bases and growth, which makes her obviously better. 7.5 + 1 bias = 8.5 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

eclipse Posted May 23, 2012 Share Posted May 23, 2012 Her Strength isn't as easily fixed as her male counterparts, but she rocks Speed. This time, she's got some lance rank, too. Axes aren't quite as overpowered as they were in FE11, and she enters into chapters filled with magic, and stuff that hits hard that she can't double - two things she'd rather not see. 6/10 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Gei Posted May 23, 2012 Share Posted May 23, 2012 8/10 buffed quite a bit for this game, has great weapon ranks (being able to use Dragonpike and Ridersbane right off the bat now is pretty swell y'know?) and can already hold her own in H3, and much more easily so here.
