Honestly, I feel that FE8 ultimately took from FE9(and thus 10. . .). But a prequel isn't an AWFUL idea. Granted, I'd rather deal in the Scouring or with the 12 crusaders, just because those seem to be better stories, but that's just me. What they really need is a brand new story. I can come up with better stories than IS.

It's not the place to bitch about your life, and if you do it, you should expect people to be assholes. But the average age on the site can't be much more than 18, if that, and people have problems that they can't handle. But the only thing worse than people bitching about their life is people bitching about people bitching about their life.

Not that I care, and not to say that this is a decent place to go to for help, but some people value the opinion of the internet over an issue because they can remain detached. Running people off when they have personal issues is just being a shithead. The topics are a bit too common, but they aren't required reading either - No need to restrict them. Most of them end up in FFtF and topics of value that come from there and remain there come in at a ratio of something like 1/40.

I'd take Luna over Sol. Sol's random factor and lack of damage boost ultimately null out any advantage that one could obtain from healing. Luna at least gives your damage lacking Generals a slightly better chance at OHKO. Ultimately, at their cost, they're all worthless.

Ena easily has better durability than most of the Paladins untransformed and an average Ike when transformed. And with such a major res lead, Neo is out as well, and Brom and Gatrie aren't much better off. Sure, she's a laguz, she's underleveled, and her offense isn't anything to write home about, but if you're not using another laguz up to that point, you can make great use out of her, seeing as she's forced on you.
