Saizo is going to have fun :)

well not in my second account though. He's still 3 star lv 20. Although neutral Saizo is prob better since all my (strangely few) Saizos are either -Atk or -Spd..

also i did train up Gwendolyn and Hinata in the weekend (so sadly Lyon is still not properly trained) so at least that decision paid off. I love hearing Gwendolyn's special lines @Vaximillian

It's still 48 hours to the next banner so I wasn't expecting it - Sacred Memories didn't get it until the day before.

I need to do the quests for orbs but need to spend orbs to do the quests, figures. Really reluctant to spend orbs to expand my barracks given the great current and upcoming banner. Normally I'd spend feathers instead and work on some 4* merge projects to free up space, but it's hard to justify doing that before knowing what upgrades are in store for Raven, Marth, Caeda, Felicia and Zephiel (who might suddenly be viable 5* candidates now).  Fortunately I have Saizo and Wendy all levelled up with some useful inheritance given, I probably should 4-star Hinata to make things easier on myself (and because Fury).

Beat the quests and got the 6 orbs! Was a great little distraction! Once the arena resets, I will have enough orbs for a full pull! COME ON MYRRH.

I guess it seems like we will just be getting the TT banner sprung on us tomorrow?

Ah yes. The fury dilemma arrives once again. Remaining candidates are Arvis, Ryoma (-Atk), Ike (-Atk), Masked Marth, Fjorm, Anna and possibly Raven, depending on what Basilikos does.

They must really not want to spoil the element of the next legendary hero. Because they'd have to on the TT announcement notification. Normally the announcement plus banner is three days before the TT itself.

Mmm...One explanation I can think of is a surprise FEH broadcast is coming on the 29th, and they wanted to save announcements for that. Other things they need to announce within the next few days regardless: CYL Winners, details about the anniversary celebration, The Legendary Heroes Banner, the next Special Banner. As well as anything else they've decided to keep secret about next month. The six month celebration was insane, I find it hard to believe that they'll kick their feet up with just a log in bonus. If there's a time for a cool broadcast, it's right now. Or am I too wishful?

That was quick. Having these units at 4* level 35 and doing 3-4 runs in the 8th stratum of the tower is more than enough to clear the quests. Now, who wants Fury the most? Lute or Arvis?

I'd give Fury to Anna but I don't see myself promoting her to 5* anytime soon.

Plot twist there is no TT banner

maybe the other bonus units are free? So Lyon, Valter, Askr unit (Sharena?) and Marissa (if she's not 40%). If she is, then maybe Masked Marth as a filler bonus? Or Joshua

I feel the same regarding the first TTs. It was pretty hard, but also rewarding (even if I didn't manage to arrive near to 100k). 

4* Robin has been my bonus unit, while Xander (without horse buffs) did the heavy lifting. If he couldn't deal an Ignis on Veronica, I had serious trouble finishing her, since I was low on good red units. In the end I went with two 4* Lilinas into the final map, if Xander died beforehand.

I keep forgetting NY!Azura is a seasonal, since she doesn't look out of place like many of the other units (Spring/Brides/Summer/Christmas). 

@Rezzy Very nice L'Arachel, I really hope she gets demoted to 4*. Who will be on her team? I guess it's horse team number #5?

I thought you spend every single spare stamina in the tower (judging by your heap of badges). Why don't you have all 3*/4* units leveled up? 

I have a copy of each leveled up (like of every other unit), but especially those three are without SI. I'll call PA! Azura to escort them to the 8th stratum ...

Saizo is a dick and doesn’t deserve having any stamina spent on him. I benched him in Birthright, I benched him in Heroes.

Hinata just doesn’t last long enough to get trained. At least he can kill greens and some reds.

Saizo can’t kill anything.

 I forgot I had poison dagger on Saizo, which helps. But Hinata didn't even learn Fury and 3* Gwen hits like a cotton ball. 

/Edit: I found a 4*+2 level 40 Gwendolyn in my baracks. That helps even more ...

I built a 40+3 4* Saizo. He's useful for ...blocking the left channel on Camilla's Warriors map. Beyond that, I've got nothing.

Sad thing is, even at that job he's outclassed by the likes of Azama and arguably Henry.

Oh, I and my lack of NY!Azura sure don't forget that she's a seasonal. It's especially hard for me to do so since I have this as a constant reminder of my failure.

Wow, I'm impressed and honored that I'm still thought of in connection to Arden, haha. I don't think I've talked about him on here for a good few months now. I do miss that avatar though...

That'll teach them for calling him slow! Ignoring that no amount of foddering can make his actual raw Spd stat anything close to respectable. I've actually been hoping for an Amelia lately myself, though for Sheena instead of Arden; I already gave her Slaying Axe+ and AM1 from another Amelia. Which... was a stupid decision in hindsight, but refining didn't exist at that point, so it seemed like an okay option at the time...

I totally forgot about the NY banner! I have a 4% pity rate there from the time I was throwing orbs trying to get Camilla. Such a waste of a pity rate and orbs but at least it's nowhere near the Celica's army banner fiasco where I got a 6% pity rate with 0 five stars during the duration of the whole banner...That's the worst luck I've ever had in this game.

Ouch, pity breakers. I've been lucky on the HNY banner, but the first flying dancer would have been a must for me (I was ready for pity pain). Perhaps you'll get her with a last second pull?

Probably not, since that banner has left me so defeated to the point where I feel like putting any more orbs towards it will be a waste. That, and the following is an all too appropriate final nail if I do say so myself and one where the game is pretty much mocking me openly.

It was just a silly reference to a song, called Mambo No. 5. It's the first thing I think of whenever people say "(anything) number five", and it seemed fitting since the lyrics mention the name Erica (so close to Eirika!), so I couldn't help but reference it, haha.

I built mine with Poison Strike, Savage Blow and Growing Wind. He makes training weak units fun, and he works well with a dance for Poison Strike chipping.

Funnily enough, I'd recently got my Saizo from 3* 40 to 4* 40. I used Gwen (who was my first ever 5* due to the original armour quests and a lack of other armours apart from Draug) and Hinata (still 3* lvl 40) to weaken enemies before Saizo killed them.

Managed to do all the quests with little difficulty. I should look at at least 4*ring Hinata soon but my feathers are currently being saved for Lyon and Raven - since I've decided he takes priority over Beruka and Arthur (I think the only green units only avl at 3-4* I have left to promote) for promotion to 5* now, despite being pullable at 5*.

So...desperate times called for desperate measures...

I just put a weaponless Eirika as my defense team in my main account so I could search myself in my second account and give myself a free defense win.

It took like, 15-20 min worth of refreshing to find myself and surrender to myself.

146 points defense win. Better than nothing, I should do this next time I'm starving for a win.

Interesting enough, when you go to the defense win page, the character that shows up is the leader/bait unit in the loser's Defense win. I was under the impression it was whoever is on Team 1 or on the team that lost, but I used a Beruka and surrendered but Sanaki showed up instead (who is used in my second account's defense team.)

Gwendolyn was an armor emblem filler until Black Knight came along so her quests will be easy to get out of the way. I've got a +SPD/-DEF Saizo (which is basically +ATK / +SPD / Double -HP Matthew.) waiting to be promoted later on so I'll bump him up on the priority list.

I'm just going to glue Delthea to Hinata to make things easy. It's been a bit more busy so I'll tackle the quests slow.

As for who's getting Fury... I've got quite a few people who want it... like the rest of you I'm sure.

• Marth (+SPD/-RES) (+1) - He could be getting a Falchion refine instead of Chrom and this could be worth it. He's got Fury 2.
• M!Marth (+2) - Same as the above Marth, also has Fury 2.
• Ike - Less pressing, but now the Heavy Blade is a seal, I could put it on Ike and run Fury.
• Y!Tiki/Nowi - Tiki has Armored Blow, Nowi has Fury 2, it's a great option on both of them.
• Hinoka (+SPD/-ATK) - She frankly sucks with this nature with a Brave Lance+, Fury is mostly a filler skill, doesn't mean it's not an option though.
• Soren (+ATK/-RES) (+1) - He's been running HP+5 for the longest and could really use this. I have no idea what I want to do with him.
• B!Caeda (+SPD/-ATK) - She's a blade mage and has been running +2 ATK/RES since I got her. Ditching Swordbreaker and going Fury+Desp could be a thing.
• S!Corrin (+DEF/-ATK) - God she could use the extra ATK and SPD, Blade tome flyer or not.
• Olivia (+SPD/-RES) (+1) (*4) - She's been running Fury 2 for almost a year. She deserves this, but she's also got merges coming her way so her stats will be boosted soon.
• Fir (+ATK/-DEF) (+7) (*4) - My biggest *4 project and she'll probably be running Fury+Renewal so it's a big investment.

Alas, the last few investments of Fury 3 haven't felt worth it, so I'll likely sit on this one for a while. Should have spent on the fodder banner.

Here we are almost a full year in. Are there any OG units that you guys just haven't managed to pull in your entire time of playing? Maybe it is a more common unit who is available at 4* as well as 5*. Maybe a 3* or 4* unit that just seems to have evaded you?

After finally getting Y!Tiki about a month ago the only unit that has been here since the very beginning that I haven't gotten is Linde. During the Mages VG I pulled quite a bit trying for her and I got two 5* Nowis instead which led to me promoting a good boon/bane Nowi and going all in on her until I got my 1st 5*+10 unit. Even now, Linde still has an amazing stat spread despite all of the powercreeping that has happened. And with the Dark Aura upgrade she received she is only better than ever. I'm a medium sized whale so I'm quite surprised by how many non-focus blues I have gotten and yet still no Linde.

As far as Non-seasonal units go, Saber is the only other unit that has been around for awhile that I have yet to get. Mia never came to me on her banner, but it hasn't been too long since she came, and New Eirika will be gotten in time to use her for the TT.

I've pulled two 5* and like 20 4* Reinhardts and still don't have one with +Atk.
