Robin is 35/32/34/28/29. That's a pretty balanced spread. Compared to Camus, she trades 7 HP and 3 Def for 12 Res, and also has 1 more point of Spd. Unfortunately she doesn't have a Gradivus to carry her, though her weapon does bring her stats up to 34/36/30/31. Mhmmmm. Gaius' Atk/Spd is 31/37, which is what +Atk Setsuna reaches... So with +Atk, Gaius is 33/37, so Clarisse and Setsuna are already dead. Not much to write home about though. Def Ploy might be great on Kagerou though, if I bother pulling Colorless. Though it'd mean giving up the Hone Spd for Celica. Fred is...Matthew? 40/32/31/28/18. A lot more Atk than Matthew, that's for sure, but traded some Spd and Def. A bit disappointed. He's not going to run Poison Dagger better than Kagerou any day of the week, and I'm not sure what else is worthwhile with Daggers. At least his Seashell might be better than Silver Dagger kinda. I won't even bring up Cherche for Tiki lol. 35/32/24 seems weird as a defensive spread, and idk how much 30 speed affect her match up. As much attack as Bartre is cool for infantry standard I'm kinda conflicted about their weapon. On paper its basically a Legendary Weapon that adds +2 speed..... on the first combat and only that. Cherche was a mistake gameplay wise... It's basically Regal Blade with less Might but more buffs I guess. Ragnarok and the summer weapons take effect when UNIT's OWN hp is full, when Regal Blade takes effect when ENEMY's hp is full. That's a big difference there, That Regal Blade will come to effect more than once on the map, regarding on the enemy. FUnny enough theres no basis for Virions overly high HP - he only have 80% base His real problem in Awakening is that Virion is an Archer inspired by Archanea, so you probably knows the detail, but just in case you don't he looks fast when in reality he's a turtle The only Archer in the series that is good in a well rounded way is Gordin anyway. He's special among the Awakening cast :P Speaking of low resistance, that 3* M!Robin I summoned alongside summer F!Robin has the opposite boon and bane, +Atk, -Res. 19 resistance as a 5* is pretty atrocious for a mage, but... T-Adept and he'd be dealing with physical colorless units anyway. +Def, -Atk M!Robin being tanky, but slightly stronger than Odin wasn't that great... Part of hopes that a mage shows up one day in Heroes with lower base resistance than Bartre, Ogma, and Virion. Boey's close, but I'm talking like < 12 resistance for a mage.
