Although the Klein that I ended up getting is -atk +spd, so I'm not sure how you feel about that. I leveled him up to 40, though, he's still cool even when -atk. She also needs 2000 feathers for Corrin (F)'s promotion for Draconic Aura, but to be honest, I could use her whenever I wanted now. Now for Lilina and her 1388 SP... not counting the SP she'll get once she promotes and levels up 40 more times. He already has 1160 SP stockpiled, and with ≈560 SP he would get while re-leveling on 5⋆ he will have just enough to unlock both wo daos, full L&D, an assist, and complete his innate Desperation.
