The four Blessings match the four Boost skills, but Water is Res in that system. What does that mean for the other Blessings' stat boosts? I think the non-HP stat that a legendary hero boosts is tied to the hero, not the affinity they're associated with. I could be wrong, but I think that the water icon and green icon Fjorm has are there to indicate that she is a water-type legendary hero who boosts Spd. There wouldn't have been a need to put the Spd icon in Fjorm's legendary hero icon if Water Blessing were always +3 Spd, meaning we may eventually get other legendary heroes with the same affinity but a different stat boost.
