For me, well this game has a nasty sense of humor at times. I did another pull in the CYL2 banner and got Celica...Witch Celica that is. That makes the 2nd (or was it 3rd?) off focus unit I get at 3% so I can't complain about pity breaks or anything. The nice part is that the new W!Celica is +Atk -Res which is basically her best nature while my old copy was +Atk -Def so the merge is a no brainer.

I pushed to tier 17 in GC as well trying of B!Ephraim.  All I have to show for it is a 4.25% pity rate and a barrack full of 4*Faes and Hawkeyes.  I am to the point of taking any 5* at all and calling it quits.  I don't want to see Fae again for a couple of months because most of my builds needs reposition not drawback.

I'm considering to stop pulling from this banner, since September legendary banner will have Grima, Hector and a new blue (perhaps even BH!Roy). No need for armors, but his C skill is just too useful for me. 

Kagero on the other side won't be available for some months at least. Good luck for a miracle pull!

Alright, time to shoot for the Hero-King. Other than him I'm not particularly excited about anyone else. I already have 6 of them and don't really care about the other 5. 20 orbs to start things off with.

1. 3* Bartre: And of course there's no reds.

Well, that was a waste.

1. 4* Mamui: Meh.
2. 4* Eirika: Eh.

Not really surprising, although I was hoping for some Reposition fodder.

Thanks, I'll need all the luck I can get with these last orbs. I'd consider not pulling anymore either, but more than anything I wanted a Kagero to fodder her carrot to regular Kagero. Perhaps they'll put a Wo Dao dagger in the regular pool soon, or even give Kagero a prf, but in case they don't it'd be nice not needing to wait another 8 months for my next chance to finish her build. Alternatively, a non -atk Grima would be a nice pull as well if I can't get Kagero.

Next legendary banner I'm not sure if I'll pull on. The main thing I know should be on it I'd want is Spring Catria to replace my -atk one, unless the new legendary is appealing to me too. L Hector would be cool, but with my bad luck on these banners I'm not sure I want him bad enough to risk the orbs. I definitely want to try and get L Lucina next time she comes around, though.

Luckily I probably won't be interested in the (likely) upcoming Judgral banner, so hopefully I can save up through most of September now that this banner sucked up all my current orbs.

Mine is +DEF/-ATK ... :-(  wouldn't mind to have a neutral ATK/SPD Lucina too (+DEF/-ATK). I know your bad luck with natures is much bigger, hope we can fix some of the worst natures. 

The legendary bad luck has to end sooner or later, I'll keep trying.

As I'm not connected much to any game or character of the main series, my reason to pull is almost always gameplay-related.

I told myself not to summon on the stupid legendary banner but I did anyways. -Atk Swordhardt just feels real bad, especially since he was the one I wanted the least. That's it, my luck's been atrocious lately so I'm gonna hoard my orbs until Christmas for Winter!Robin. L!Marth will be coming back around December anyways so I'll try again for him. The hard part will be to not spend any orbs ;-;

@Rafiel's Aria Good to see you. It's been a while. Sorry about your unfortunate pulls, that seems to be a recurring theme with CYL2 for a lot of people. At least there was some light at the end of the tunnel though and you got some good fodder along the way. CC Morgan isn't quite as universally useful as CC Matthew in my experience, but he's definitely worth it, especially at +10.

@Alexmender It's pretty jarring how many people have gotten one of the other Celicas as a pity breaker for CYL Celica. Especially when you consider the odds of that actually happening.

@mampfoid Sorry about your pulls again. Perhaps one last shot before the banner expires in a few days?

Yeah so my resolve wavered when I hit 20 orbs. The Legendary banner is gone in 5 days and more orbs will come in so I let myself cave.

And I'm glad I did. Nothing else of note in the pool but a Klein but wow. Whereas I was gunning for Lyn and Lucina, I had no expectations for Marth. In fact, I didn't think I would get him at all. Perhaps IS snuck in a rate increase for him for those bold enough to pull for him during this premium time with CYL2 and all. A lot of people have been getting him, and now that includes me.

His stats are similar to Ayra and as sure as you're born he has the exact same nature she does. +HP/-RES. And I'm perfectly fine with that.

Still don't have LA!Hector, S!Kagero or Neph, but I'm really trying to justify continuing to pull on this banner because as it stands, I'm feeling pretty satisfied already.

The 9% tells me to do so, but I have no hurry getting Grima if she'll be featured again in one month. I want L!Hector in my clears too.

So i got 2 Mathildas earlier for my main- did some paralogues to get more orbs and got a 3rd Mathilda. This time 3 star :(...

Did get a +Atk/-HP Odin with her at least, so I now have both a +Spd and +Atk one. Wwaiting on details for his refine first before deciding what to do (good thing I held off on promoting him for now)

Still...a bit depressing with a 4.50% rate...

I tried again for another Bector on my second account- got a Jagen which is...fine actually sinceI need Fortify Cav. Oh well I guess I have 2 weeks, and thinking about how I'm throwing my orbs on my main without a CYL hero....maybe I should refocus and at least try the legendary banner at least one more time besides the first session while it's still here. Marth would be nice, after seeing Vax's and Zeo's luck. (Went in with 17 orbs, thinking I'd never get 5 reds anyway...)

Uhhh...... WHAT. This was a base 8% rate since I only did 2 pulls in my first session.

First got Lene, who is +Res/-Atk. Atk superbane stings but a dancer is a dancer, and now Horse Chrom can retire his Sword Valour duties and fully focus on horse buffs for his C slot.  New unit, so neat!

Soleil has been rare for me and this one ins +Spd/-Def but I already upgraded a +Atk/-Res one. Still Firesweep Sword is nice if I ever get Belica.

Wanted a non -Atk Grima and had none of the other colourless, so I was so glad to give in and open the colourless orb. Kagero is +Atk/-Def as well!!! Fliers really love my second account (except Skylivia...for now). Can't wait to try her out!

Only had orbs for 1 blue summon, I was only missing Nephenee. Got Fjorm instead but that's fine, I was waiting on Shield Pulse fodder for Brave Ike since there is a build out there that uses it well apparently. Might be good for the new defensive mode.

Only missing Marth from the red focus so I'll just wait for the rerun since I have Swordhardt.

So yeah...glad I lost self-control? I never had 3 focus units in a legendary before, and I was so shocked and was a delightful way to a long week. I'm done with this banner with 0 orbs, time to save up for more Bector tries (I'm being pressured to choose Veronica for the free pull if she's going to be the f2p solution for abyssal.)

@Rafiel's Aria Congrats on the Belica! Even if she had an undesirable nature, but hey, having half of the CYL units already is nice :D

Yay! I wouldn’t have minded to get Lene too because a dancer is a dancer. However, I think I’ll stop with pulling here for now until the Genealogy banner comes. No way can I restrain myself until Hector#3’s return, hah.

oh i don't know. I think I'd spend a bit more on orbs, to try to get more characters if I knew due to my crap luck, I keep getting things i have - but am able to trade them for other players. as it is - I only buy the "Month Special" because i get something extra - which is breaking my own rule as I really didn't want to spend that much in the game to begin with but i like it as much as it frustrates me so 13ish dollars a month is my way to give back i guess.   

i know someone when I've complained very much about this (about my uber team of Hinatas of all people), is that there just not enough fodder in 3 star, hence all the repeats. like I don't mind training up a 3 star Azura, or a 3 start flying Olivia or something, but i never get that. (and i retured all my Marias and Erikas before I knew i could merge them all together for an Uber Maria/Eriika. whomp. but now that i have some amazing 3 stars like EV!Takumi and Clarisse, i'm glad for the feathers too).  I am just tired of Hinata and Lon'qu. (Liana and Talitu is becoming an army too, so i'm going to have a beast, once i figure out what boons/banes etc they have). 

I am trying to find ways to grind for more orbs (go figure going on holidays when the game was giving them away with no real WiFi access), as I'd really like to try for Hero King Marth, but again i am sitting here wondering if it makes more sense to wait until the new banner and see what's up. I am sitting at 107 orbs (making my way through hard mode to get more). . struggle is real.

Didn't know there was a shield pulse build for B!Bike, how does it look like? Also ATK/DEF Bond is nice for Chrom for example or Drive ATK in general.

The luckier second account at least haha, but thanks!!  I 'blame' Zeo's lucky pull ! Wish I got a Nephenee as well but getting a seasonal from the banner is always a success at least, because of their availability.

I think it goes something along the lines of Shield Pulse plus either Aegis or Pavise and combining that with Urvan, making him a very specialised tank. Defensive special will be readily charged. Might try it for defense since I'm getting less defense wins lately.

Also a bit late but I just realised Spd/Res bond would work really well with Innes if going with Nidhogg. Kaze might also work- would help with the colourless units' lack of weapon triangle advantage. I mean sure Atk/Spd bond is better but hey that's a use.

@Vaximillian I wish you luck for that sweet Vengeful Fighter! Maybe you'll get Bold Fighter first though 

Also wow, another Genealogy unit to the list. August seems to be a very Jugdral kind of month for me, funnily enough.

@Garlyle Thanks, it's my first time getting this many in 1 pull and will probably be only for legendary banners most likely. I wish you luck in your next pulls!

You can only get Clarisse and Ursula from the GHB maps. Any map that's labelled Grand Hero Battle has an unpullable hero. The Hero Battle map at the very bottom is the only one that features a unit you can pull. Hope that helps :)

I don't know what it is with this banner. I was even stupid enough to try again. >.> Your CC Matthew is pretty amazing, but I've gotta' put some love into my brainy son who will like end up replacing Merric with my summoner support. This will be the first time I've ever changed it over. So far, I'm enjoying him. But I still need about 50k feathers to finish him up since I decided to go ahead and inherit Aether onto him.

@mcsilas That is a truly blessed pull. Wow. XD I think I know where some of my luck went. 

@Vaximillian Marth seems to be relatively kind to people. Congrats on the +1 though. I'm excited to start leveling mine. :3

More woes from an idiotic/greedy summoner. I had some leftover orbs and decided, "Why not? I'll try one more time on the Brave Heroes banner?" I got up to 5% AGAIN. And of course instead of a focus hero, I got pitybroken by Gray (+HP -RES). I already have him with +ATK -HP. He's got sword valor, but at this point, it feels like everyone and their mother has sword valor. Feeling pretty broken, I opened the Legendary Banner for a YOLO. First orb is a neutral Lene. She's new at least. Adding insult to injury after that Gray it feels like. Looks like he's going to be another merge. In a last ditch effort, I took the 35 orbs I had left and just went at the Brave Heroes banner. Naturally, at 3%, I got a Veronica. She's +SPD -ATK. At this point, I don't mind the bane because the boon is pretty good. 

I'm thinking I'll just go ahead and pick Celica as my free hero. Getting -ATK on both ladies is a little sad. But neutral Celica will be fine, and I can inherit Galeforce + Deathblow 4 onto someone (a la mampfoid).

Brave Banner is officially cursed. It's a little scary when the legendary banner treats me better than the normal ones. I don't know what I've done to bring down the wrath of Anna upon me.
