Shin
Rules (Borrowed from whomever made them first with modifications) - Ratings to be assumed from when a unit is first available. - Votes need some explanation regarding their gameplay performance to be counted - incredibly low scores or high scores without proper justification will not be counted. Don't put in some random text thinking it'd count as justification. Put in at least a little thought and give REAL reasoning. - Numbers for votes, please - not something like "Turban/10", etc. - Personality / Appearance may be taken into account, but only +/- 1 point at the most. - Votes out of 10, or something proportional to it, please! - Make votes easily visible, please and thank you! - Every ranking phase will end on the next day at approximately 19:00 BST! Take that, Americans! -Second Generation Note: Assume that Substitutes are done on a Subs-only run. Any "not ________" will not be accepted. Daisy did better than Roddlebad and Badney! Leaf Leaf starts out pretty wimpy but he is worth the investment. He becomes the manliest rescuer ever and gets a pony when he promotes. Great class, great stats and skills... you just need to put in a little effort to promote him! 9/
General Horace
I don't have any score other than 10 for him. He really contributes that much with that rescue staff.
Guy Starwind
I think Leaf a little slow start. His light sword is nice(assuming you have it) and his slim sword too. His lack of pursuit before class change is a bother. However, he turns out to be a master knight and normally has pretty good stats. He always get put to sleep first for me though. 8.5/10 Edited April 26, 2012 by Guy Starwind
MacLovin
SLow start, but WTF epic once he promotes. 9.5/10. Just needs the effort
Thor Odinson
Joins at level 1 on foot and needs some effort put in to promote But once Master Knight kicks so much bullshit amounts of ass it's not even funny anymore 9/10.
Esaka
Holy crappy start batman! 8.5/10 He takes a while to become awesome, while he does become very awesome, plenty of units do the job just as well as he does, if not slightly worse. But when unit A and B both kill does it matter which one kills better? Edited April 26, 2012 by Esaka
Thor Odinson
plenty of units do the job just as well as he does But do they do mounted Rescue staffer well

Esaka
But do they do mounted Rescue staffer well *forgets rescue staff* Right... I'll just up my score a point...
Biabarr
9.5 +.5 bias = 10/10 Slow start but once he promotes he is so amazing. He can do everything (except dark and A light, but ehh)! Plus that rescue staff ON A HORSE! All he needs is an elite ring and pursuit ring before promotion so he can promote faster. Plus he gets a bias for being super adorable. BBM
Leaf's pretty awesome after promotion as both a combat and utility unit, but he's not getting there until Chapter 9, maybe midway through Chapter 8 if he started with the Elite Ring and got a lot of exp in Chapter 7. The amount of babying he requires as an unpromoted unit doesn't justify the 10, IMO. 9.5/10.
AMCC4728
8/10 with a -1 bias. I don't like leaf but he is useful.
Refa
Best unit in the game saves more turns than like pretty much everybody 10/10 +1 bias for being so good in Manster in FE5 so 11/10. Requires just as much babying as Celice does but who cares he's worth it. Edited April 26, 2012 by Refa
Caliban of Sycorax
Joins at level 1 on foot and needs some effort put in to promote But once Master Knight kicks so much bullshit amounts of ass it's not even funny anymore 9/10. too lazy to type so this goes for me too yay. But +1 because I love Leaf dearly. And he's Ethlin's kid. So 10/
CT075
LEAF not gonna be lazy this time because he's so amazing He is the man. Aside from getting him to promotion (which can be done by chapter 8 with some effort on a draft), he is the Rescuebot supreme. Combined with a dancer = short chapters. i mean like i got 7 turns on the second castle of final (with a full team) once that counts for something 10/10 Edited April 27, 2012 by Camtech

Ansem
Eh, Leaf has continue, he can hit 4 times.
slootwindow
10/10 He can do stuff no one else in the generation can do for at least 2 chapters, and it saves an absurd number of turns all told. He's still a powerful unit in his promoted-but-before-Rescue chapter(s) too. His early chapters are kind of "fake babying" because there is really nothing that could be done that would actually speed up the chapter by not feeding him kills while Sir Lisp runs the seize marathon. Darros
Eh, Leaf has continue, he can hit 4 times. I thought Brave weapons negated continue. He does have pursuit though. Anyway, 10/10 master knight mounted rescue etc
Zak Something
8/10 since you have to train him from a weak start.
Non-Existent Member
Joins at level 1 with low stats, Has awesome skills inherited from his parents (Continue and Critical). and Promotes to Master Knight. He might wanna inherit the Pursuit Ring and/or Elite Ring if you wanna train him by solo'ing against those reinforcements. After he promotes, he'll have high stats and the pursuit skill, and he can have A rank in every weapons (except Light). He makes a good use with a Recover, Rescue, and Warp. 10/
Jediabiwan
9/10. Awesome unit but lack of pursuit and a mount while unpromoted is enough to dock him a point. Once you do get him promoted he's an absolute beast and can do pretty much anything you want. The only thing he's lacking his a holy weapon. Integrity
leaf doesn't even really need too much babying he's an ass to get going but that phase takes less than a chapter - he ought to be able to fight on his own terms in c8 and if he isn't promoted in chapter 9 you're doing it wrong so to recap: he's a footsie, but he starts in advantageous positions for two chapters and then he promotes to master knight. that means that his footitude doesn't even count against him all that badly. can any other unit in the entire game claim that? 10/
Renall
His start as a foot unit is kind of a problem, and unlike Lachesis he's gotta earn it through fightin', but it's worth shoveling experience his way because Master Knight is pretty much the best class on legs (horse legs, at that). Promoted, Leaf does a lot. LTC? He is Captain Rescue, slingshotting Celice across the map with frightful celerity. Ranks? He starts lv1 unpromoted for exp, fights well, and saves tons of turns. Casual? You can give him any weapon and he will murder dudes with it, and he heals besides. What else do you want? 9/10 though, because hey, he didn't start perfect. He didn't even really start great.
